Congratulations on your new apartment. This one looks better than any of the other places you lived before. I hope you have longevity here. So you're back in the old neighborhood with Elsa. Good luck my friend.

I already watch so many DR videos and the question is. Why everyone sound so happy on em ?? Even that they going from a strong economy to a developing one ☝️ just curious 🥶
Honest question and I know things can happen in life and don't want to be judgemental. But why do you move so much? It can't be always landlord/apartment issues. Or are you always searching for better rent deals? Thanks in advance for answering my question. Congrats and Good luck.
I actually was wondering same thing since it seems like a new move ever 90 days. But some of the places had plumbing and sewer problems I remember too. I think it’s up to 7 places of residence in last 2 years. Good thing about living there is apartments are furnished and you can just shuffle around if you want to stay someplace new.
@@cerisefairfax actually I am a subscriber. My post was not intended to troll or give you a headache but I was just curious and you have only addressed a couple of the moves due to plumbing. This is another reason why I will never sign a long term lease anywhere abroad as you never know if you end up having neighbors who drink all night and make noise who happen to have a cousin who is a police chief or things of that sort especially in areas where locals live with less tourist / cestur police. Crime is another problem with economy being wrecked. Now you are stuck in a long term arrangement and dealing with constant phone calls due to arguing neighbors who of course argue late at night daily and not during the hours the landlord agreed to show you the unit. This is just two of the scenarios that play out. I think it would be a good service since you are marketing rentals so your viewers know what to look out for as warning signs. The first thing we all look for is safety, utilities , hot water working , sewer smells. I actually inspect the p traps under the bathroom and kitchen sink to make sure they are p traps and not straight pipe to avoid the fabuloso pour when you walk through the first time. Anytime a place smells too good I get nervous. I walked through one unit in puerta plata that smelled like a bottle of fabuloso was poured in the apartment. I looked at the owner smiled and walked straight to the bathroom to check the drainage and saw the bathroom sink was straight plumbed with no p trap. I immediately walked out of the apartment and said no thank you. And told them you are going to have a lot of problems with future tenants unless you fix that especially foreigners since sewer smell will start as soon as fabuloso evaporates. Their reply was well at least I will get 2 months of rent “ y no me importa “ I got a good laugh out of that. I know construction inside out so if you need any pro tips let me know. I know every short cut slumlords take to market a property and mask the defects because I have fixed many of these in my real estate background. I have to state my opinion as an adult and always try not to be offensive as I am always trying to learn. Either way good luck to you and apologies if I offended you as that was not my intention. I still enjoy your videos as you are always cheerful and helpful.
