@@BrokenSpanishForGringos just work up and my Bathroom is flooded. WOW!!!! Ugh. I asked the máintenance Man why there was water on the floor when I visted the place and he said it was fine. He fixed it I guess. Nevertheless, four days later I wake up to a flood. The owner let the máintenance man go two days ago, so now there is no one here on site as a máintenance person. So now I wait until 9 a.m - it's 5:39 a.m. at the momen-, until the mánager arrives... if she even comes on a Saturday. I cannot tell where the water is coming from. Really weird. BUTTTT I AM STAYING SO FAR. At least there is water, hot water too, and noooooo smell like the last place. I pray the problem is an easy fix. I really like it and I feel settled. #positivevibes
@@BrokenSpanishForGringos and I should stay in a place that is clearly unfit? I had to leave those places. The one house with Chiquito cannot even be rented out until January. I spoke to the owner-s sister. I was told the repairs are that extensive. I was right for leaving. .
Cerise, yo may have mentioned this previously but how do you find the places you have stayed at. Do you hire a broker/agent. I go to Sosua a few times per year and I am looking to perhaps rent before I decide if I am eventually going to buy...
Cerise i love what you do but did you ever think why everytime you find the perfect place to live things dont work out? Your home is your castle that you sharing with thousands of strangers with all types of energy.. no one should see in your primary home but your family and friends.
Good point. I tend to believe it is God/Universe moving me from place to place as personal growth. If I do real Estate here I should at least know it... inside and out. Now I know so much more I would never look at these experiences as omens or negative energy, but blessings in diguise.
What if I was coming there and wanted to have someone to come and prepare meals during my stay? is that a service that you could provide? I would love to be able to get some real Dominican food while i'm there at whatever place that I'm staying.
Congratulations Cerise. Every experience is positive. You cannot look at it in any other way. It’s a learning and growing experience. Very few get it right off the bat. Stay strong 💪🏽 and gorgeous. Love and light. Jah bless. 💚💛❤️
