    Thanks for joint me for another UA-cam video. Today I’m cooking pork ribs on my brand new Weber SmokeFire (#gifted).

    Great looking ribs. Love the foil method with brown sugar, butter and honey. Turns out great!

    cant beat a saucy rack of ribs! the butter brown sugar and honey in the wrap is the way to go!

    Great looking ribs and a cracking video as always. How are you finding the Weber smokefire, I’ve heard it’s got some issues? Although i do like the look of it from that video

    Greetings from California and thanks for the video! Has the Smokefire been easy to clean? Been thinking about adding one to my other smokers but wonder if it is going to become a greasy mess like a propane grill gets.

      Hey BeerDaddy. No i dont find it too hard to clean. I tend to use drip trays if I'm cooking brisket or pork butt, makes clean up a breeze!!!

    Looks great. Have you had any issues with the smokefire? I keep seeing negative reviews and then a few with amazing results. I can’t tell if its user error or design. Would love to get one after watching this though!

      I've genuinely had no issues with mine. I think there were some issues early on but these all seem to have been now sorted out. I do also think some of the problems shown on youtube have been user error. I think the Smokefire is brilliant cooker.

      Most of the videos about problems with Weber smoke fire you can see that the users never clean the bloody BBQ.

    Thanks for the detailed guide! Was the temp at 150° when the ribs were wrapped or did you change anything?

      Pleasure mate. Yep kept it at 150. You could go a bit hotter as the wrap will protect the meat but I wouldn’t go much above 170 if you have any sugar in your rub for risk of burning it. Thanks for watching 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    Those look great. But to be honest. Way to much sugar. Sugar in the rub, in the foil with butter and what looks like honey and orange juice. Then the sauce. To much for me, but well done. I bet they are goooood
