It is a strange design, the blade reminds me of a Kiridashi type of blade. People are saying it looks like gas station knife since it has Phillips head screws, but the screws are finished well and the knife has a quality feel to it. I would have preferred T8's myself. The blade will not open unless the button is pushed, so it is locked in place while closed. Carrying it closed in a hammer fist it could serve as an impact weapon also.
Wow, that Phillips screw for the pivot makes it look like a $30 knife you found at a gas station.

I will feel MUCH better about it if/when they release the conversion kit. It'll make it an auto.
