    Let's walk through the process. you'll need 12 eggs, 1 pound ground sausage, and shredded cheese, salt & pepper to your liking. First brown the sausage and place equal amounts in a large greased muffin tin. New beat 12 eggs and pour equal amounts over the sausage. Bake in the oven at 350* for about 25 minutes. Remove the muffins from the oven and turn the oven off. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the muffins and place back in the warm oven till the cheese melts. When cooled, store in an air tight container and you now have a healthy breakfast for the next 6 days!
