Hi there, great information. Questions, how do we factor in the cost of ice per cocktail glass? The same for fruit? Do we also factor in cocktail straws and cocktail napkins? Just wondering where these costs get covered. Glasses themselves and takeout cups themselves all add up.

      3. Calculate the Selling Price for Bottle Service
      • If you’re pricing the bottle at $150 for bottle service:
      • Profit Margin = Selling price - Cost price
      • $150 - $23.00 = $127.00 profit per bottle
      4. Cost Percentage
      • To calculate the cost percentage:
      • Cost percentage = (Cost of bottle / Selling price) * 100
      • ($23.00 / $150) * 100 = 15.33% cost
This method gives you a clear view of your cost, profit, and cost percentage for offering the bottle of vodka at $150 for bottle service.

No I thought the same thing
      It’s 7 cents per oz
12oz divided by 0.84 cents “ the price paid for the can “ equals 7 cents per oz
