I have watched thousands of model videos and never seen anyone fly in a quarry before. that is amazing climbing up out of the pit. The echo of the motor, and just perfect flying. And best camera man award to captain Blaz for recording it.
Thanks A for such kind words. We were driving by this quarry for years and once I just got an idea why not to try to fly here. And I must tell you that it is awesome. Such great experience. And we just came back from there where we were filming Grand Tundra today on 4S. It was pretty crazy but it looks great. Oh yeah... Dont forget to check that. And I was also flying here Scorpio EDF, flying wing EDF, Timber, Wilga and we have tried nitro plane here. Beautiful.... Stay well my friend and greetings from Slovenia, Robert
This is the first quarry video I have ever seen and with my favorite plane to boot. Excellent flying Robert and camera work Captain Blaz. Now I'll have to go and see what other canyon videos you have and if you ever did the camera test with the Cessna here at the quarry. I am a new RC Pilot with just a few months under my belt and still learning but I love the high wing planes, especially Cessna's. Currently training with the FMS Kingfisher. I've watched lots and lots of your videos and subscribed a few months ago. Pilot Todd from PA salutes you. Ailerons!
hey guys great flight. I have this bird with the floats and it comes off the water in spectacular fashion and lands beautifully, however the only float complaint I have is that under 10 to 15 mph winds it doesn't steer in the water good, it only has 1 water rudder and with the wind blowing across the wings it refuses to steer on water. great job and awesome plane... hello from Colorado...
Pilot Robert you scare me down in the quarry like that! Couple of times I notice Captain Blaz pulling up for you with the camera! You are some really lucky guys to have so much fun flying! I'm very impressed with the flying qualities of this plane OH YEAH! Salute! Carl Cgul
Hey there,,,I have this plane also and yes it flies great,,,and as you have mentioned, the front wheel does come loose,,if you remove that fake shock collar at wheel pant, you will find two tiny screws,,put loctite on them, problem solved,,very quick fix,,I enjoy watching you and captain blaz fly and videos,,have great day
Thanks Jack. we just had to try this awesome plane here. And it was just great. Great... And I will buy floats becouse we must try this baby on Krka too. Thanks for stopping by here and see you soon, Robert
I was stunned when I saw you was going to fly your 150 in the quarry, but you made it look easy. Your landing could not have been any better. Captain Blaz is the best camera man in the world to capture a steady shot in full zoom. Fantastic job on the sticks, and a fantastic job on the camera.
Thanks Chris for all kind words. I had to test this baby in the quarry because its just the best foam plane ever. And so easy to handle. Big solute to you from Slovenia, Robert
It looks like the quarry will be your new flying field, hard pavement always better for takeoffs and landings than the grass, thanks for 3 videos i missed you guys (thanks from Las Vegas)
Hey Frankie. I hope that you are OK. We had fun yesterday and the flying was great. We love this quarry but we can film there only at sundays. It is not abandoned like Blaž said. Men are working there from monday to saturday. So stay well and greetings to Las Vegas from Slovenia, Robert
Hi Pilot Robert and Captain Blaz your quarry flights are the absolutely the best such perfection and skill I salute you both my dear friends Sincerely ❤Captain Richard ❤
Just awesome sounds made in the Quarry Robert. Its a great little bird. I learned to fly the full scale many years ago, and its one of the best looking scale 150's around.
Thanks D. And its great that you were flying with the real one. I see one many times flying over my house from the nearby airfield. And that one sounds and looks just great. So stay well and greetings from Slovenia, Robert
Such a special bird, simply amazing background with the size and speed of it all 13:20 is your money @13:18 thanks for the video that started my big bird addiction 3 years ago 🤩BB
Thanks David. The whole world will become in love with my beautiful Cessna ;) But its so beautiful in the air. Isnt it? Thanks for all support and all comments by now and in the future. Big solute to you from Slovenia, Robert
Oh Yeah! The front wheel is deffinately the weak point on this model, with the big heavy battery sitting virtually on top of the leg the slightest heavy landing will make it bend like a banana. Had to strip mine and straighten it twice now, rebuilt it using locktite on the screws, still a little play in it but much better than it was. Great flying in the quarry Robert and great filming from Captain Blaž his little jokes add greatly to your flying skills. HE TRULY IS THE BEST. . . . . . . . . . . . Oh yeah!
Great flying in the quarry Robert. I was on the edge of my seat watching the video. Captain Blaz's commentary at 11:42 is very funny. " Oh captain Robert can run" lol! Keep up the good work boys! My Cessna 150 should be at my house next week. Looking forward to flying her. Oh YEAH!
Amazing, im late to the quarry party! Excellent flying in a quarry, and amazing video, by the gents of rc fun! Y'all should do a book on rc fun and how to fly rc airplanes with Pilot Robert and Captain Blaz. If you write a book, many people would buy it! Big salute..
The quarry is near my home. And one day I just got an idea to fly there. I was flying with Timber first to get some idea of the terrain and the second flight was already crazy. I was flying FMS Scorpio jet. Now that was thrilling flight. Oh yeah... So thanks for stopping by and greetings from Slovenia. And I have ordered RunCam yesterday to film that place from a plane. Cant wait for the second flight there with Cessna and camera. Cheers, Robert
I recently did the right thing and subscribed,I've had very little to do with planes, more off road buggies and trucks but how awesome is Pilot Robert and Captain blaz?? Oh yeah. I am now (thanks to these guys)seriously looking at buying a second plane, this Cessna carbon z. Bigger the better!!! I hope:) Thankyou for the great videos and such a great channel.
Hey Don. Thanks for stopping by at our channel. Glad to hear that you enjoyed on a visit. Big solute to Texas from Slovenia and come back again. Cheers, Robert
Very nice flying as always Captain Robert, nice filming Captain Blaz! I just picked up a new plane Friday, the E-flite Valiant, another very nice flying bird.
Hey D. Iam starting to get inlove with E flite planes ;) They are really good I must say that. And this Cessna is just the best. The Valiant is nice also, but I think that I will test the new Cirrus when it will comw to the market. Stay well my friend and see you soon, Robert
Best quarry flying I have ever seen, Captain Blaz video in the sun, unbelievable. Tell him to freeze frame at 8:34 and look at the clouds as the plane is climbing to the right, one of the clouds is shaped like some man's face (mongol warrior or viking?) It looked like it was also enjoying your flight. That said, I enjoyed this video, it's very well done. God bless you guys.
Thanks C for such kind words. And I must tell you that this flight was one of my best here in a quarry. This plane is just perfect flyer. Perfect... I must take it out on the runway soon... Big salute to you my friend and greetings from Slovenia, Robert
RCWeaven FPV thanks man, I didn't want to sound nutty. I had to do a triple and quadruple check to actually believe what I saw. All I know it looked really cool, and Indian Chief sounds good too, you could tell it was a guy of long ago, of warrior background. Have a great week.
Hi Robert, In regards to the front wheel being very sloppy making it hard to turn. Check the tension of all the screws. There is a bit of sideways movement even from new, ( I have yet to build up my Cessna). Mine has about 4.00mm of play. You might have even lost the small grub screw in the keyed section. I can only guess that they purposely allowed sideways movement to prevent damage to the servo. I will be flying mine from a hard dirt runway unlike most people who fly off grass which produces shock loading every time the wheel drops in a hole in the grass. It will be interesting to see how many flights I get before wear shows up. So long as the wheels don't drop in a hole that a Kangaroo has dug. I've seen that happen when one of our club members who landed and next second the undercarriage was ripped off. Keep the videos coming. They are great to watch.
Hey Stephen. I will take care of the Cessna during winter time. I will probably just change the wheel. But I will do one more flight with the baby to test the new RunCam that I have ordered. Thanks for the tips Stephen and big solute to Australia from rainy Slovenia, Cheers Robert
I just found your quarry videos, there are great and made me thing of many great ideas... do you ever thing in install a camera in a plane and fly inside the quarry? It would be great !!!
What a cool place to fly! I have a Carbon Z Cessna. I also have friends who own quarries. Hmm... BTW, I took my nose gear completely apart and rebuilt it using blue Loctite. It is solid now. I also oiled the axles. The wheels are not as loud now.
Hey G. Glad to hear that you own this baby also. And if you have a quarry dont waist another minute not try to fly there. Its such a joy. Oh yeah... I must take care of that front wheel also. Maybe I will fix it like you, or maybe I will just get spare one. Anyway, thanks for stopping by and greetings from Slovenia, Robert
Hey A. Thanks for stopping by and big solute to Connecticut USA. Stay close to this channel, there a lot more to come. Oh yeah... Greetings from Slovenia, Robert
Hey guys awesome job just love to see you guys having fun this is just super great flying and Captian Blaz great job on the Camera just a awesome video ok have fun we will talk soon,,,K
Hey Kevin. I just had to try this beautiful baby here. And some flight it was I tell you. Much better that on the runway. Oh yeah... Stay well my friend and see you soon, Robert
Hey Bill. Now you got me thinking. Maybe we will film the second video here with Cessna. Well anyway, thanks for stopping by and kind words. Big solute to Australia from Slovenia, Robert
All said here already... Great landing target type , Pilot Robert.. Great zoom shots Capt. Blaz.. That quarry would be a great candidate for an onboard camera.. Have you ever considered that idea?
Hey Billy. I will take that baby in my hands soon and fix that wheel. Oh yeah... Thanks for the tips. Stay well and come back again. You are always welcome to come and spend some time with us. Greetings from Slovenia, Robert
I really like that plane Robert,it is big enough to see well and looks to handle the wind well too.I think I need one of these babies! Floats would be a blast with this one on your river Krka wouldn't it?
Oh yeah Don. Even flying in a quarry was just perfect. And Iam thinking of getting the floats for this baby. But they dont come cheap. Over 80$ here in my country. I mean in Austria where I buy planes. I cant buy plane in Slovenia. There is only one store and they dont have nothing on stock. There use to ba a few good stores here in the past but thea are all closed down. I have bought two, or at least what was left. There were no planes but there was modeller stuff for the next 100 years ;) Be well my friend and see you soon, Robert
I didn't fly this model yet, but I noticed at mine, the same problem with front landing gear. I think, the suspension is bad design, thought it looks good and fine outside . The small gap between screw and wall of groove in main rod, gives to many milimeters the and of wheel's pant and seems to be too loosely. I'm not sure will I disassembly it and correct ...
Nice job and congrats on the 500 subscriber's , I almost ordered this plane last week but I saw the Carbon Z Prometheus had come down to 299.00 from 450.00 and I always wanted a Biplane and this thing looks amazing ! Do you have Carbon Z T -28 if not you have to get one , talk about gentle giant .
Hey SW. I wanted to order the T28 CZ and then this baby came out and you know what I say. The size matters ;) But I know that T28 is also a great flyer. Big solute to you from Slovenia, Robert
Gr8 work captains.. Now to all the people viewing these fantastic video's and haven't pressed the sub button press it now And get behind the captains... ohhhh yeah you won't be disappointed.
I will go on summer vacation 2019 in my country in Africa. Can I take this box to air France's cabin? If it's impossible, and if it goes in the hold I'm afraid it will be damaged. What should I do? And as for the Li-Po battery is what this battery of the Cessna 150 carbon z can be accepted first of air France ?
I have this 150 also and on the 4th flight I hit a little too much on the nose wheel and the steel part of the landing gear snapped off. This plane flies great but, the flex innovations Cessna 170 really flies even better! Check it out! Lawrence , Kansas
Hey Bill. I will check that baby out. But I wonder if I could get that bird here in my country. Anyway, thanks for stopping by and greetings from Slovenia, Robert
Go to flexinnovations.com This is the same person that came up with the carbon Z cub and the carbon Z cessna is modeled after. The brains (ARUA 8) that cones in it is the way of the future. let me know if you have any luck finding them. Bill
Hi captin Blaz, I am Linden from georgetown Guyana in South America, we are the only English speaking country in South America, i have a new carbon Z 150 just like yours, can you send me a video on the transmitter setting for the carbon Z 150, i am using a DX6,
Captain Blaz, Drink lots of Gatorade before bend time and you will not have a hangover the next day ! I would Email Horizon Hobby and tell them the the problem you are having with the Front Strut assembly with only 10 flights and I'm sure they will send you out a new one free of charge !
Hey John. I have sen it. Its beautiful. And if I didnt have this one I would buy that one. And maybe I will ;) You will love the Cessna to. Cheers, Robert
Pilot Robert I have now bought one.🙌 Yes it is an impressive beast. Fitting and adjusting the nose gear linkage was a bunch of laughs with proper sized hands!✋
Hey Robert, Youz Guys Need To Sweep Off All The Bigger Rocks On That Quarry Road For Better Landings!? Plus ALL E-Flites With That Same Front Steer Wheel Is Still Even SHITTY Today-A!!! I Have At Least Like 5-Different Planez Wit Dat Sames Problems... ;~((( Thankz
Hey Chris. When you connect the flap with servo the servo must not be in neutral position but in full travel towards flap. So the only movement possible is to the other way, away from the flap. When you set the channel assignment you must tell that those servos on that channel are flaps and transmitter will now the correct travel. Cheers, Robert
So hard to believe this was 4yrs ago and only 500 SUBSCRIBERS.... best video ever of this Great big beautiful gentle but with a rowdy side Bird! 🤩BB
I have watched thousands of model videos and never seen anyone fly in a quarry before.
that is amazing climbing up out of the pit. The echo of the motor, and just perfect flying.

So many great shots. Flying sequence looks like something out of Indiana Jones.
Fantastic location, pilot Robert showing good flying skill, and super camera work from captain Blaz, i love it 👍😍
Captain Blaz is a very good cameraman facing into the sun he does a good job for his brother.
Hey Robert, you must have cast iron balls flying in a small quarry. That was really impressive flying with perfect landing. Well done.
Flying there is such a thrill my friend.
This is the first quarry video I have ever seen and with my favorite plane to boot. Excellent flying Robert and camera work Captain Blaz. Those Polish Colors are awesome!
Excellent flight. Very interesting sounding quarry effects! Very cool, almost sounds like full scale!
I love that plane too...when you pick up floats, pick out some softer tires too. That quarry messes with my depth perception. You did great!
Thanks Jack. we just had to try this awesome plane here. And it was just great. Great... And I will buy floats becouse we must try this baby on Krka too. Thanks for stopping by here and see you soon, Robert

chuimon slp. Looks like an Indian Chief to me. Can almost see the horse he is riding on. And that is frieky real like a painting. Good eye.
RCWeaven FPV thanks man, I didn't want to sound nutty. I had to do a triple and quadruple check to actually believe what I saw. All I know it looked really cool, and Indian Chief sounds good too, you could tell it was a guy of long ago, of warrior background. Have a great week.
Superb flying and filming skills!
Thanks John. It was such fun. Cheers, Robert
Nice Canyon Echoes of the motor n propeller noise boys
Hi Robert,
In regards to the front wheel being very sloppy making it hard to turn. Check the tension of all the screws. There is a bit of sideways movement even from new, ( I have yet to build up my Cessna). Mine has about 4.00mm of play.

Hey Stephen. I will take care of the Cessna during winter time. I will probably just change the wheel. But I will do one more flight with the baby to test the new RunCam that I have ordered. Thanks for the tips Stephen and big solute to Australia from rainy Slovenia, Cheers Robert

All said here already... Great landing target type , Pilot Robert.. Great zoom shots Capt. Blaz.. That quarry would be a great candidate for an onboard camera.. Have you ever considered that idea?
Thanks Cliff. I must buy that camera. And soon. Cheers, Robert
There is a screw to tighten the nose gear, just loosen the collar just above the wheel pant, push collar up, and you will see the 1.5 or 2mm screw
Hey Billy. I will take that baby in my hands soon and fix that wheel. Oh yeah... Thanks for the tips. Stay well and come back again. You are always welcome to come and spend some time with us. Greetings from Slovenia, Robert
AWESOME FLIGHT MAN, THANKS FOR SHARING
Thanks Y. It was such a great experience flying this baby there. Stay well and come back again. Cheers, Robert
No way I would try flying in a quarry, good job! Try the Flyzone Beaver it comes with floats and is just an awesome flying bird!
Hey M. Its such a joy to fly here. If nothing else its not boring ;) Cheers, Robert
Oh captain Robert can run, hahaha!
The best pilot 😄👍
Thanks my friend.
Awesome!
Robert we need to talk soon and find a way to get airplanes to you faster and cheaper. There is always a way,we just need to talk about it.
Flying in a Quarry? You do realise that is actually underground? SALUTE!
Oh yeah my friend
I didn't fly this model yet, but I noticed at mine, the same problem with front landing gear.
I think, the suspension is bad design, thought it looks good and fine outside . The small gap between screw and wall of groove in main rod, gives to many milimeters the and of wheel's pant and seems to be too loosely. I'm not sure will I disassembly it and correct ...
Is this still your favorite foam plane? Is it worth the price of two 1.5m planes? ($399)

1:31 ''I want it all....I want it all...&I want it Now!!!'' LOL
Those were the days of our lifes....
That sound is amazing my friends. I can understand that its pine for cpt blaz 😃😃😅😅😅
You need to add a HD camera to the plane and fly here again. THAT WOULD BE ASSUME !!!!
I will Morris as soon as it arrives. Oh yeah... So stay tooned for more. Greetings from Slovenia, Robert
Bill
Hi captin Blaz, I am Linden from georgetown Guyana in South America, we are the only English speaking country in South America, i have a new carbon Z 150 just like yours, can you send me a video on the transmitter setting for the carbon Z 150, i am using a DX6,
Gentlemen make it into a taildragger, it will be even more awesome 😎
Do you fly in the safe mode?
No my friend. I will test SAFE for the first time on new Opterra.
Captain Blaz, Drink lots of Gatorade before bend time and you will not have a hangover the next day ! I would Email Horizon Hobby and tell them the the problem you are having with the Front Strut assembly with only 10 flights and I'm sure they will send you out a new one free of charge !
Hey Frank. I didnt even send back the burned out ESC. I will fix that wheel. Someday ;) Thanks for stopping by and greetings from Slovenia, Robert

Hey Attila. Thanks for stopping by. I hope that you are OK. Greetings to Hungary from Slovenia, Robert
SUPER LANDING,,,,,,,,,,,,,
My best landing in the quarry ;)
hi Robert, how do you set your flaps up? as on my SP-6 the flaps make the plain go up a lot!
Hey Chris. When you connect the flap with servo the servo must not be in neutral position but in full travel towards flap. So the only movement possible is to the other way, away from the flap. When you set the channel assignment you must tell that those servos on that channel are flaps and transmitter will now the correct travel. Cheers, Robert
hi Robert, thanks, do you mix down elevator with your flaps please?
If you had a hangover you shoulda puked on that one that screw your eyes up watching it
