Calculation of YTM given in this video is quite lengthy. It would be better to apply Goal Seek and work out YTM by assuming YTM to be 10% or any other number. Anyhow, good attempt on your side to explain the concept. Hope to see many more of your videos.

Thanks for your valuable feedback. Actually, this is a recorded lecture for my undergraduate students of BBA and BS and you know we have to stick to the course outline. That's why we first teach from the book and then suggest other techniques for practical use like you mentioned, the Goal Seek formula in Excel

Actually, I teach undergraduate students and they are not good at English. So we have to teach them mostly in Urdu. Anyways, when I start recording videos specifically for UA-cam, I will record them in English.
