As someone who has completely torn my meniscus and had a tear in my ACL, I can say knees can get injured even when they are fully rested and healthy.
The new injury could be related to the old injury? Like an overcompensation or something?

If Demko is definitely out for the playoffs, then Allvin needs to take a hard look at a different number one goalie. I really like Demko, but he is "injury prone" and that's not a good solution for a team looking beyond Round 1. I did, however, love the conspiracy theory floating around that states he isn't injured, and the NHL wants one less Canadian team in the second round ;)
Goalies get hurt alot nowadays. We're just noticing it with demko because he's our goalie.
I think we need to roll with a 1A, 1B. Ullmark is on the Market likely so how about him? Last year on his deal, wants some money come the offseason. He’d be good. Then, once he leaves, Silovs can become the backup and then hopefully the internal 1A, 1B on the future.

Thousands of fans have travelled from the Fraser valley for decades to go to games that have been faithfully coming for years through good and bad years. Phoenix isn’t a great market never was and is a bad idea.
I think its obvious at this point if demko comes back, hell injury himself again and be out rest of the playoffs.

I dunno man, I don't think Frank understands how the body works. It is highly unlikely that an injury to the same body part--separate though it may be--is entirely unrelated. There are a dozen ways that an injury can lead to another injury even if its not the exact same injury.
It's probably better for Demko that it's not the exact same injury, but it's no less problematic for the Canucks.
Ok but all of us are speculating on what the injury actually is. We know the general location and that’s it. So, the argument of them being related has no grounds. CUZ NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IT ACTUALLY IS!
