I'm a new subscriber, mind if I ask, are you in Singapore or Malaysia? You kinda sound like either of those two, I was born in Singapore so that's why I'm asking.
Don't take this the wrong way, you have a nice physique. But you're not a lot more leaner than your before shot. The difference, if any, is almost unnoticeable. The weight difference is probably from gaining more muscle overall, but that doesn't necessarily mean you got leaner. And frankly, I don't buy the fact that you need to take that many BCAA's to begin with. As far as I understand, BCAA's simply aid in muscle recovery, as in, it reduces muscle soreness (DOMs) after a workout. I don't think it necessarily translates to muscle endurance(endurance means you can do more sets) as you have titled your video segment. See: ua-cam.com/video/55ktSbHXeV0/v-deo.html Also, I don't quite agree with your more carbs diet approach during a cut. Most people naturally eat more carbs to begin with when they cut their calorie intake due to hunger cues. At the end of the day, it is just a matter of staying in a calorie deficit that is easy to maintain (gradually increase the deficit to about 500 calories per day). Rather, something that makes more sense is to take note to eat more protein to preserve muscle mass. Also, protein has a higher thermic effect (20-30%) than carbs(5-15%) and is more satiating. The advice on weight training and steady-state cardio in this video is fine, but this video just doesn't feel like it gives people a proper understanding about what you should take note of. For people who are looking for a better understanding on cutting, watch this video by Jeff Nippard instead: ua-cam.com/video/EOh2R-89qqg/v-deo.html .
