Isaac quick tips - How to get past trap doors and items?

Are you stuck? Can't get past trap doors or item pedestals? Then this quick tip is for you! This quick tip shows you how you can utilize your trinkets and consumables in order to play the animation that allows you to walk over trap doors and not pick up items.
The way this quick tip works is that you drop your trinkets and consumables on the ground. When you pick them up again, there is a little animation where Isaac holds them over his head. During this animation you can freely walk over trap doors and items without interacting with them. This allows you to get out of situations where you get stuck in a corner because you used the shovel too many times or when you just beat the boss.
This quick tip is useful in many situations from just trying to get out of positions where you're stuck to clearing the way of trinkets/cards/pills that you don't want to pick up in the first place.
