@@featrmedia just wanted to tell you that the biggest difference as to why you can't replicate the same smooth consistency is the *HEAT.*
The stove you use simply doesn't produce the same amount of heat that his stove does. He makes it effortless because of his unique *technique* but the *flame* of his stove produces much more heat if you rewatch the videos. This in turn supports his technique which is why he can do this easily.

Scramble the eggs well, then strain to remove excess air/bubbles. Try it on a low fire, once you feel the egg is starting to emulsify, give it a stir so it would be fluffy. When the ratio is almost everything is fluffy try to move it and then form. Put it on top of fried rice and then cut it.

1st advice: u have to remove pan from heat while trying to roll egg, your always seems to stay on top of fire even if you lift it, residual heat above flames will make it catch color.
2nd advice for cutting, wrong knife, u need thinner blade and one swift motion of cut, not dragging knife over egg, or if u don't have thin blade, try to do cut in one slicing motion.
3rd advice: u cant make it all over same temperature, u need to turn down heat as they start to settle, and leave them for little bit on very low heat, and this is the point when u make bit of mistake, at this time u get them catch color (not burn, they get browned). Point is to leave them kinda pale-ish color. so lower heat towards the end.
These are friendly advice's. Stay well.

This is very entertaining to watch. Next time put some sugar since Japanese omelet is a bit sweet. Some Japanese add mirin, some add dashi stock to make it runny. Some Japanese strain the beaten egg before cooking to make a flat-smooth texture. Kuddos to your channel really loving all the contents specially the Filipino foods.

Its a demiglace..... u can either buy a powder form just add water and heat to low while stirring until it coats the back of ur spoon (not too thick & not too flowy) or make a roux- flour, butter, milk, soy sauce or 1/4chkn or bf cubes for flavoring, salt & ppr....or just buy omurice demiglace premade...... but if u want a true demiglace like in french, its a daunting task ,,its a slow cook low heat with mirepoix (celery, carrot, onion, bayleaf, rosemary) beef stock in reduction method with butter, tomato sauce, red wine until it thickens into gravy like called roux.... abit intimidating to make

No matter how you'll try to make it right brotha, it will always be impossible. I suggest you watch the buzzfeed video, you'll notice the shape and size of the frying pan is different from the common frying pan(or the ones you're using), and that's how the original cook emphasized it.

His story is believeable considering the age all of this trauma started plus all that we know about this MONSTER P. Diddy. But at the end of the day NONE of this is funny, and I think he makes jokes to keep from crying. He absolutely is deeply hurting and needs intensive prayer and help. There are no words to describe the damage done by this animal Sean Combs. None.
