    Request po sna. pagawa din po ng mga lectures s Break even analysis, capitalized cost, anual cost, bond etc. Tas sana po may cashflow diag. n involved para mas maintindihan mabuti. Laking tulong po ito s pagpasa nmen s CE Nov board 2019.

    Suggestion :
    You can also derive the Future Worth of the ordinary annuity given the Present Worth of the annuity. No need to use equation of value that sets the focal date at n period.
    P = A (P/A, i%, n)
    P = A { [1 - (1 +i)^(-n)] /i}
    For Future Worth, F = P (F/P, i%, n) => F = P(1 +i)^n
    Therefore,
    F = A (F/P, i%, n)(P/A, i%, n)
    F =A (1+ i)^n {[1 - (1+ I)^(-n)]/i}
    F = A { [ (1+ i)^n - 1] / i}

    13:11 sana po masagot to, hindi na po cinonvert yung interest rate dahil sabi is "at the end of every three months" then yung interest rate naman is "compounded quarterly" which is nag mamatch sila unless sabihin is "at the end of every 4 months tama po ba? thank you.

    Hi sir. It is possible na gagamitin si effective rate of interest sa deferred and annuity due? And from your examples, how will you know na ordinary annuity sila without stating na end of the period? Thank you

      Hi Kurt! Yes possible yun depende sa ibibigay ng problem. Kung sakali mang walang sinabi sa problem, it’s safe to consider na lagi itong ordinary annuity. :)

    maraming slamat dito sir :) malaking tulong po :) lalo na ngayung online class :) pero po ang concern ko lang po sir sa sample number 1 ay bakit di po kayo nag convert ng nominal rate sa compounded quarterly sa three months ? dapat po ba mag convert ng "r" or di na po kailangan? Salamat po

      Siguro po ay mas macoconsider sya as conpound/simple interest if hindi nagbabbayad with specified fiexd period. :)

    May tanong po ako dun sa first question, hindi po ba na dapat iconvert yung 10% na quarterly (4 months) sa 3 months since yung P200 ay binabayaran every three months?

    Hi Engr. Sir pwede pong patulong sa question na to.
    Sharmaine invest 150,000 peso for the college education of her 4 years old son, Raniel. If the fund earns 12% compounded annually. How much will Raniel Get each year starting from his 18th to his 23 birthday.
    Sagot na nakuha ko po 148,349
    Pero ang correct answer nakalagay 159,197.06
    Please help

      I got the correct answer.
      Ilan ang k mo?
      Sa akin kasi 13 years. Since nag start is 4years old. Up to 18yrs old. Sa cash flow diagram kasi from 1 to 23. But if bibilangin mo ung k.. start ka sa 4. Then ang bilang mo is starting in zero.. one.. two..

      @@den-kun1482 use Present formula and find A. Divide P = 100,000 to what you get on the other side of the present formula equation and you'll get your A which is the yearly due
