If you think the root of the problem of all these road saga is who is right of way or who is wrong，that is a minor issue. The major issue is our society humanity level has dropped and have maintained at this level for quite awhile. Perhaps one suggestion is the authority must intervene to reduce this level and insist that those drivers need to compulsory attend the correction road behaviour test, which is to enforce that they go through the whole driving test again focusing strongly on road safety and road courtesy. In the meanwhile they cannot drive until they have passed. Maybe this exercise may make arrogant driver to think twice before committing such offences. In addition this replaces the monetary fine correction method which most drivers are customed and are seasoned to it and often treated as if bad luck losing that money that goes to the find.
