FYI, the smoke u saw was from the airbags that was deployed immediately after the impact. It's natural to open the door to release fumes from within the cabin. Oh, I saw a man sitting at the driver's seat... Pls DO NOT STEREOTYPE all terrible drivers are female :p

FYI, Doesn't mean A Singaporean Registered Plate No is a Singaporean Driver. It could Be SPR, Work permit holder or a visit pass holder. They too can drive also.
Actually the main issue is it's either you clear the signalised junction or you stop depending on the situation and where you are from the stop line. No one is supposed to be inside the yellow box in that manner.. many people fail to realise the yellow box rule. By stopping in that manner is as good as careless driving.

And u obviously didn't check your bak mirror if its safe to reverse. Also, do not travel in the middle of the lane. If you want to overtake, signal and move on with it. When passing barricades, please slowly down and ensure there's enough space between cars. Ur car was scrabbling against the barricades if u didn't notice.

Actually no. The blinking on camera is due to the refresh rate of the led lights. The same reason why computer monitors have those lines on TV camera.
