The ProForm Studio Bike Pro has a 22” touchscreen, and silent, automated resistance with 24 resistance levels. Magnetic resistance is created with magnets inside the bike that oppose the motion of the flywheel. This does not cause friction and is silent when in use, so the Pro 22 is a good option for those who need something quiet. The bike also has a compact footprint of just 22” wide, 57” deep and 54” high so it will work for riders who are space conscious. It is also relatively lightweight and has wheels on the front stabilizer so you can tilt and roll it when needed. The ProForm Studio Pro 22 indoor exercise bike has three adjustment points for comfort, flat pedals with cages, and included weights for strength training on or off the bike. The Studio Pro 22 is reasonably priced and includes iFit free for the first 30 days with indoor training classes and outdoor routes all over the world. iFit also includes off bike classes for strength training, yoga, stretching and even meditation.
    Bike Features
    22” Touchscreen
Fully integrated with the bike, the 22” touchscreen adds impressive functionality to the Studio Pro 22. You can adjust volume, screen brightness, and resistance levels all on the touchscreen. You also select your iFit or manual training program right on the screen.
Various handlebar grips both vertical and horizontal
Handlebars have a protective coating that keeps them sweat resistant and comfortable while riding. There are multiple hand positions for various riding styles.
    Magnetic Resistance levels 1-24
Resistance is adjusted on the touchscreen. You have a total of 24 resistance levels on the Studio Pro 22.
    Three adjustment points
    Seat up/down and forward/aft, Handlebars up/down and forward/aft
Bluetooth enabled to sync with wireless headphones
You can now sync your wireless headphones with the Pro 22 to listen without disturbing those around you
    3lb weights, included
3lb hand weights are easy to reach but still out of your way. These are tucked behind the saddle.

Hi Kristen, thank you for your in-depth review. It was really helpful, as you included pros and cons, and covered the aspects of the bike that people would want to know when shopping for the right bike. Together with your written review on your website, it helped me to decide to get this bike. There are so many choices out there and choosing the right one can be overwhelming, so your content is really amazing and a great resource! Thanks 😊

This bike was really easy to assemble ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxMesz3KOGEmwmvyKQfLfrRSUXLFzfVHZA and required very few adjustments out of the box. The wheels did not require any truing/adjustments. The frame had some small scratches, but nothing major.I did replace the seat though - the seat it came with was very uncomfortable. The tires need to be re-inflated every 4-5 days, but this appears to be quite common for the narrow 700x25 tires.Overall, in my opinion, this bike looks and rides like a much more expensive bike.

Oddly enough the not being able to use 3rd party is why I wound up picking one of these up when they were on special this past month. I spent a couple months trying to research and find a bike that would work with Zwift because it looked like a lot of fun and would keep me engaged. My 5 year old low tech Nautilus bike is finally starting to crap out on me as I'm wearing out physical parts on the bike and I really wanted to get something that would use Zwift. There's so much conflicting info out there about which smart bikes can use it, and then you'll find one that supposedly works, but then find out you have to go down some reddit rabbit hole to jailbreak the included screen/tablet and it's just an insane amount of extra work. After about 3 days of research I still had almost no answers and most of the bikes that could be compatible were in the $1800-3000 range so it would have just been too big of an investment. For $640ish(including tax) this seemed like an absolute deal and I'll probably pick up the HR monitor they have to go with it. I don't mind paying the monthly sub because most of the riding content looked pretty awesome and I know being able to ride in some of the locations in Europe, etc. will keep me motivated to ride.

Yes, you will still be able to do the Google Maps rides, the only thing is that your bike won't automatically adjust he resistance to match the terrain of the ride. In our opinion that's typically fine and not anything to be worried about, you can adjust the resistance as you like.

If you’re someone 5’ or under, this bike isn’t for you. Also just be aware, you’re going to return the product, they charge hefty return fees and processing that’s about 30% of the total purchase. They’re will help you to buy the product but they’ll get you for a price of return. They have no description of height requirements to use this. The seat is as narrow as it can be so if you’re not a professional bike rider then this isn’t for you.

Don't buy Proform bike.. They don't' have incline/decline. Most high intensity studio workouts in iFit have the trainer adjusting resistance AND incline.. Proform doesn't have incline/decline, so the workouts end up being way too easy.

None of the bike screens are designed to allow you to watch NetFlix. If you want to watch NetFlix, I recommend getting a bike that doesn't have an attached screen. The Sole bikes and Bowflex C6 all have tablet holders attached so you can watch whatever you want on your tablet. You can also put your bike in front of a TV and watch that way.

Terrible bike. The touchscreen went out rendering it useless when out of warranty. Because there is no touchscreen, there is no way to change the resistance.. yes it can be ridden. So can a cheaper bike without a touchscreen that controls everything. When the software breaks causing the screen to repeatedly reboot, don't worry about calling customer service. They sound very friendly while helping you unplug and replug in the bike. Beyond that, they are pretty useless.
