If I buy one without a subscription, will I still be able to use the screen to see my cadence and also be able to adjust the resistance with the touch screen? I do not want to be turning knobs because I never know what level I'm at. Thanks!

Hi, yes you can do all of that in manual mode without a subscription. 👍🏽

The resistance on my pro-form seems much harder than a in-person class. How do I check the tension?

hmm, if reducing the autofollow setting on the screen doesn't help, proform should be able to help you calibrate the machine manually (try on the screen in settings first also)
