I feel lame for this. But this story really makes you relate to Barret? And Casey being lifted up. My eyes watered. You narrate these stories so well. I’m not sure I’d be as impacted just reading
@Dannymalt you totally nailed the narration of da father scolding Forever when she didn't earn da sword. It gave me a flashback when my mom told me I'm not her son unless I come back in da house with my bully half brother blood on my clothes. I still remember the intensity and deadass serious look inmy mom's eyes. I cried like a lil bitchboy at dat moment, I just couldn't believe it, I just got done getting da shit kicked out of me by my half brother, left for dead in a small lake by da same half brother, So in total 3 ass whooping, And left to drown because he knew I couldn't swim. After somehow surviving all this bs, My mom tells me what I said earlier. I finally caught up with him, got my ass beat yet again, somehow I had a brick in my hand, bashed him until he started crying like a bitchboy, Then gave him some kicks for good measure, I felt like I overcame my personal demon, But my mom the actual end boss, congratulated my victory with a beatdown. I never truly trusted anyone after this.
I’ll get to it. I put it off cause volume 2 annoyed me cause it didn’t end the story, just left it on a cliffhanger that may never get a proper ending.
