It is a shame it ended the way it did, but I do love this series and would like to see more of you going back and getting all the resources/building up the train more. I appreciate from a content creation standpoint if you want to give it time for more content to come out before doing another video. I did see there were a few of the towers at the settlements that you missed, but i don't know what resources were there. Watching you do this series made me get the game for my new gaming PC. I'll be taking what I've seen here into my game in the new year
I meant to comment on another video about the fission reactor. Could that not be encased with walls and maybe a door to prevent the radiation leakage from damaging you or the train? It was a thought I had and I wasn't sure if that would be an effective solution
I'm impressed that you've been playing this long and still haven't noticed the little compass bar at the top of the screen that will show you where threats are. Just a little heads up for the future
i feel like you forget to turn off the heater after storms end lol which seems like an easy thing to forget tho. also im sad the game is at an end. It was fun to watch!
It's dumb that stationary storage bins store by weight and not by quantity. They should also have a recycler to get material. And a storm monitor for the train.
I’m not sure how it works, but could you put the radioactive stuff in its own room? Like wall off under the stairs? Or would that not protect you from the radiation? It doesn’t seem like losing health is too much of a problem at this point, but I’m curious. Either way, I’m sad that there’s not more to the game yet, just because it’s been such a blast. I hope you do return for at least one more episode. I’d love to see more exploration on foot, just to see what if anything is out there. (Although it’s probably nothing.) 😅
The train gets plus 50 power per minute when everything is turned off while outside and the heater only uses 40, so waiting out a storm inside the train isn't so hard.
I built a second control area with all 3 screens, next to the heater and engine so I can actually control the train during a storm. I should do a video tour of that train build, I'm sorta proud of it. I made the lower level narrow so I can see while backing up.
Not sure if you've noticed, but if you jump off the train while its moving, it shuts speed to zero and applies the brakes, the engine stays on though, but it's a handy way to shut down and apply the brakes without using the screen.
Yes to second engine, the new update even increased top speed when 2 are running. I'm curious how fast it goes through power though, is it worth it given the drain? The solar doesn't work when in a shadow, it will work in the first train station where the roof opens up while the roof is open. I decided to go more with batteries rather than solar. Cant wait to see a new more efficient motor. It seems like something they would add down the line.
Energy definitely needs tweaked. Lights use too much imo, and lights and extra engines should be individually controllable, maybe an extra button for the extra engine on the same control screen.

not sure but i think you missed a small area to the left of the dome entrance past the huge solar panels. its a round door in the rocks.
Don't dump your fusion waste, it's used for ammo production. Store it in a radioactive chest or a normal chest at the back of your train.

Drones stopped giving me blueprints too. Even found a power rod off a drone once. Mostly it's just the 3 common items now.
