on the 2005 I worked on . . the red connector you show is the ground from the horn pad . . The red is 12v always and the other is ground. Grounding the red connector energizes the relay
Here's a question for you. How can I turn off the horn beeping when I turn the alarm on? I have tried the tricks with the keyfob, but I have aftermarket keyfobs and that doesn't work with them for some reason.
My key fob was out In the rain and is no longer working so my alarm goes off every time I unlock the car with my key so I took the fuse out like you showed but can I do something to keep my horn while disabling the alarm? Thank you for the video
Go to autozone or another similar place get a horn and get a cheap drill take out the chuck and re run the wires to power the horn and pull the trigger
