He brings us entertainment even if it dumb entertainment! Thank you daily!😂❤
@@DailyDoseOfInternet Thank you for the second hand embarrassment and laughter
These events reveal more about the family’s dynamics than baby gender.
That's literally every holiday ever.
@NethukaGamageyeeees . . . But this seems a little worse. The dressed up mothers and dressed down fathers, mothers mad at their kids for revealing too soon, mothers mad at the fathers for not enjoying their elaborate preparations, fathers visibly disappointed by the result, kids that have no idea what's even happening . . . I feel so uncomfortable knowing the super private business of these people.
Eh, most of them seem to have lots of loving family members, want to do something fun, have enough disposable income and time off work to do so. People on the Internet are so judgy
@@snowmonster42 That sounds a lot like every Thanksgiving.
And it's mostly misogyny. So many boys need to be sat down and taught a lesson about being sexist. Why are you boys obsessing over your younger sibling's genitals? It's truly disgusting.
Giving children sharp objects in excitable situations near other people maybe isn't a great idea.
The second one, i think? Who the hell gives a child a long needle and twlling him to aim at his brother holding a giant balloon?!
Calm down cat lady
the one at 1:43 where the mom is stabbing down towards her child's face with a knife... its not just the kids who need more supervision here 😬

There are some important lessons here:
1) Never EVER do a gender reveal with a large balloon filled with helium and confetti outside.
2) Big boxes hanging overhead will try to kill you.
3) Do not do a gender reveal party.
4) If you will be upset with a baby's gender, you shouldn't have one.
YES
That 3rd lesson is the most important one! 👏🏻👏🏻
just never do a gender reveal party period. the concept is idiotic

The one on 6:53 is so pure. No screaming, no big spectacles, just family... and that one single pink confetto.
Agreed. I think these are good people, no drama, just making fun of a situation, and their kid 100% cool about it too. Little kids behave like their parents.

@@nayuki-rn As a French, I agree, it's sad.
As an American, I agree.
The woman who popularized gender reveal parties had many miscarriages. Getting far enough along in a viable pregnancy to be able to determine the baby's gender was a big deal.
Funnily enough, the child whose birth was celebrated by a girly pink cake grew up to be a tomboy.
She said she regrets popularizing this tradition, after mass destruction of property, wildfires, serious injuries and death havd resulted from people too concerned with whether or not they could, they didn't think whether or not they should.
Yep, such a sweet origin. Too bad it spiraled into this.

Yeah, and some of the parents were downright like, mean. It's like okay, it's one thing to have a preference. But can you at least be excited by the fact that you're gonna have a kid and you have to be there to support them as a person? The amount of disappointment is amazing, almost scary. Wait til they have to raise the thing.
You already know they won't 😂
@Bugkillahz
I must say seeing the little kid's reactions when they are disappointed is hilarious!
But when the father is clearly disappointed it's just f*cking sad. And I hope none of the kids ever watch the videos where their father is the disappointed one.
They'll probably be divorced by then. Or a parent goes for milk and poof gone😅

It's not that gender reveals shouldn't be a thing, it's that they shouldn't be done to this extent.
@@pressmorebuttonsA gender reveal should be a text, "we just did an ultrasound and it looks like a human bean."
@@pressmorebuttons wasn't the first one literally just a cake with colored filling? Kinda hard to mess that up unless the baker screwed up. Easy, simple, little chance of failure. As it should be. But no, gotta be big and flashy.
The best ‘gender reveal’ is when the OBGYN says “IT’S A …. “
The rest of this silliness is just weird, constructed idiocy.
the amount of balloons flying away is crazy
They turn into UAPs later.
Never, ever do a balloon reveal outdoors
Goes wrong so often
So many balloons floating away and they're trying to pop them near the ground. Just fill them with regular air so your balloon can't float away.
You'd think they'd keep an air rifle nearby just in case.
I would make it to a law that anyone who can not even reveal a gender normally, shall not have any kid. Like holding a balloon and such...
The guy smashing the table with his fist multiple times after the reveal was DEFINITELY angry. He even got up in his wife's face. She looked nervous. Wouldn't want to have kids with that man! Yikes.
Right?! And why does he want a girl THAT bad? What does he plan to do with that girl? If I were her, I would have left that same day.
Way to completely misread the situation and cast aspersions and implications about him being abusive from a 10 second clip. He was just acting overly hyped for the camera (cringe, but not a crime) and she didn't look nervous, she looked confused about where he was going while he walked over to the boxes on the other side of her.
A lot of women, especially the very pretty ones.... love men with red flags like this.
Its just a flaw of psychology in women..... always been there ever since cavemen times.

The best gender reveal is when you go to the doctor and they tell you. Then you tell everyone else and don't need a party or environmental disaster involved.
Absolutely agree. Things like this are a waste and looks like it's more for clicks and likes.
Yeah, partying??? On the Internet??? 😡😡😡😡
Another way to do this is to wait until the baby is born, so then you see what the gender of the child is and reveal it to the family verbally. This way it will be a nice surprise.
There was a wildfire started from one of these parties.
Also a plane crashed just after releasing the confetti. But that's coincidental.

It is exactly the same when they are dissapointed about having a boy, so what are you on about?
Wdym? Why disgusting?
This gender reveal thing is just such a stupid new tradition. Thanks for reminding me, why we never did such a stupidity when we had our three kids.
You know what's not new? People asking multiple times if the baby is going to be a male or female and that have been going on for centuries. That's what made it exciting. Those people are just having fun and if it's stupid, nobody forced you to come.
@@Alouette_EXE I think the idea is that society should move on from that because like. Why do you care so much? Why do parents get upset when the baby boy they wanted was actually a baby girl, or vice versa? Why do they feel the need to create often dangerous spectacles to announce to the world the genitalia of their baby? Yeah, people have been bugging people about it for a long, long time. Doesn’t make gender reveals any less reductive or even harmful. Like yeah, cut a cake if you want, don’t start a forest fire.
Created for TikTok and Instagram, by crazy people who think every day should be their prom.
@@tenchraven I guess birthdays are stupid now because TikTok exist. Really how is it different if that tradition was made long ago before social medias were made?
It's typical narcissistic american culture, the same country that takes on debt to look like it's functioning for its lower classes while bombing other countries.
I get so much second hand embarrassment when they start throwing a tantrum because their baby isn’t the gender they wanted
exactly. you hear people say you shouldn't have kids if you're not prepared to love them no matter what (usually referring to disability), and while I still 100% think that's true, you ESPECIALLY shouldn't have kids if it's a 50/50 chance of them being "undesirable" because of the bits they're born with
same. except for the brother who was upset he's getting another sister. that was hilarious!
None of them threw a tantrum, lol. They made a face for, max 2 seconds. So many of y'all would get flayed alive if your life was recorded and out online
@@fark69 How on earth do you define "tantrum"? And what are you smoking to think people would get whipped so severely that their flesh would be ripped away just because you personally don't agree with them on the definition of a tantrum?
Most of it is children who do react like that whether it's a party or not, you can't control someone wanting a brother or sister. The only guys who seemed mad already had like 3 girls, and there was one very excited about having a girl because he probably already had a boy. Making a sour face for 2 seconds because you were hoping for something different does not mean you hate your future child...
Gender reveals are weird, bur what i dislike more is the disappointment when the fathers don’t get the gender they want
genuinely such a weird thing to be disappointed about
It's always been common for a man to be sad he isn't getting a son. It makes sense, but can definitely feel weird
@@StockyDTI think it's weird when they start throwing a tantrum over it, 😭 like, so many tiktok vids of them throwing the object as to which the gender was revealed and Or them Walking away head down not even celebrating... It's Okay to feel a little disappointed(It idk I've yet to even THINK about wanting kids I got plenty of time), but it's weird and downright SAD to throw a hissy fit over it.
Most of that Dads had already two or more daughters. I can understand that a son would be for the Dads more fulfilling.
Imagine the child grownups and watches the video of his dad 💀
@@StockyDT How does it make sense? You don't see women whining about getting "the wrong gender." It's always the fathers, and it's always when the baby is a girl. They NEVER care if they've already got like 5 boys in a row and just found out they're getting another boy.
why even have children if you're gonna be disappointed on which gender it's assigned?? instead of being angry about having your 3rd daughter, be happy that you're gonna have another child, if that's truly what you even want
Assigned?
@@SamuelBarton-f8lNewborns are actually too underdeveloped socially to identify with a gender, so very often they are assigned one. The more you know.
assigned?
because of woke 👍 hope this helps
saying assigned makes you sound like a robot like most woke people, God gave the world male or female end of :)
I hate everything about these stupid parties. The potential for fuckery is off the charts. You give it away beforehand. You don't throw the ball right. You let the balloon go. You pop the balloon. You don't pop the balloon. And then your spouse feels bad. Because you gave it away. Because he/she gave it away. Because you were expecting a different outcome. Because she didn't like that you were expecting a different outcome.... Good God just bottle it up and have a normal party.
This.
Yeah, agreed, I was thinking this too. You're so nervous/excited for the party that the risk to give the entire thing away or fail in the first place just skyrockets. All it takes is a few seconds of complacency, incompetence, poor behavior, or just bad luck to ruin the moment.
For real, these just frustrate me in the exact same way as like, watching somebody carrying a HUGE tray of drinks and then acting surprised when it all comes crashing down. A big risk was taken, everyone was let down, and for what? It's just a pile of drinks, it's not that interesting.
Maybe I need to lighten up and laugh more, but I just get mad instead. Just so unnecessary and dumb, setting things up for failure like that.
Even the mother who originally started the gender reveal tradition actually regrets it because of how out of hand it’s gotten. She was grateful that she had a kid after many miscarriages and was excited to celebrate something as trivial as her baby’s gender. Funnily enough, her kid ended up being non-binary and she very much accepts them, so that’s another reason why she doesn’t like gender reveals as they’re kinda transphobic.
Yeah. Some people get so obsessed with the act that they forget the point of the whole routine. What happened to having a good time and celebrating the upcoming birth?
5:54 its so refreshing to see a dad get super excited over having a daughter. i feel like more often than not, its met with disappointment
You feel like that because you see videos online of it because when it happens it gets clicks and outrage. It's statistically very low, nowhere near more often than not.
@@fark69 No, it's the opposite. The vast majority of men either don't want daughters at all, or they only want a daughter AFTER they've been guaranteed at least one son. It is extremely rare to meet a man who wants a daughter right off the bat. And I don't mean that they simply don't mind having a daughter. I mean that they actively hope for a daughter - and this is important - when they don't already have a son.
Women, on the other hand, tend to care far less than man about what genitals their babies have.
Especially a dad having such a healthy way of letting out his emotions! Compared to the guy who started stabbing the table, I'd pick 5:54
everyone is different. People want what people want and if they are disappointed then they will act accordingly. Doesn't mean they are bad people/should not be refreshing to see. what you see is ragebait engagement farming because normal people know its stupid to judge someone based on natural human emotions (sad/mad/happy). Probably from a source that loves to see people trash men.
What do you even mean by people are different? People are all the same, when they dont want to have a girl in 21-st century, so she wont grow up an only fans wh0re.
seeing all the dads angry at the baby is so sad, like, imagine growing up and seeing your dad reacting like that to you

It's usually der anged los ers and other stu pid fu cks who care care about stuff like genit als or what colors could be considered less 'manly'.
Throughout human history people experimented with different ideas, thanks to traditions & religions certain concepts were preserved and (unfortunately) are still around ... but there is no 'intelligent design' or purpose in nature, the driving force behind life is a cancerous one, it constantly throws things on the wall and doesn't even care if it sticks or not, something that works today might be obsolete tomorrow.

It's supposed to be exiting because nobody knows yet
Im from india, where hospitals actually ban asking for a babys gende and people find out its gender at birth, since alot of people aborted female babies when identified, so its interesting to see how even learning about a gender in other countries is so important that they make it an event (something so important that it causes forest fires ig)
holy shit thats bad why tho i thought women had good rights there
Funnily enough in the uk theyre only supposed to tell you the gender if you ask, and they dont write it in the medical report because its not relevant at the time and it could be mistaken. Not other countries. This is an American thing, the dumbest nation of them all.
You know when gender reveal parties go wrong, the parents act like 4 year olds who got garbage presents on their birthday.
Moral of the story: Don't have gender reveal parties.
Fun fact: In germany it is common to hide it until it is born, even if the parents know already.
This thing really needs to stop. That powder getting all over the younger kids faces is so dangerous. Breathing that and God knows what it is. The one sibling with scissors stabbing it towards the other sibling holding the balloon. Hitting the babies in the head with boxes. And I know for a fact that there have been people who have died either at the party or related to the party. It’s not safe and then it’s not all that important when the spouse “ruins it“ and they get that hateful stare from the other one. The dad or siblings acting awful because the baby is a girl.
Yes, it's quite unsettling looking at it.
Please come to India during our Holi festival 😅

I think the lesson of these videos is to NOT use balloons for your gender reveal
The lesson is: Don't follow this stupid trend especially since it puts far too much emotions on the gender of the baby
Or not to have a child in the first place, if such things you like to do. Better not reproduce.
Yeah, the better lesson is this is a stupid idea however you had planned to do it.

I can see a gender reveal being a fun thing to do at a baby shower, I don't get why it needs to be its own event.
It's awful to see the misogyny being passed down to the kids as well. So many siblings unhappy to have a sister. :(
Calm down. In those the little boy already has multiple sisters and just wants a brother to even things out.
“ what is it, a white baby?”
Classic 😂
@fishymario that's one way to avoid a parking ticket
He was so quick with it too
1:00 This was definitely the best one. Nothing gets ruined, nobody gets hurt, and she plays it off so beautifully
that and the car one. no one was disappointed, unique, and if anyone were to do it again, it would be 10x trashier lmao
I would say the dad literally doing BACKFLIPS of joy is also high up there lmao
Also no litter and incredibly funny
The one with the colorblind Dad was really cute. The couple should have planned a reveal that would be easier for him to see, but they reacted very nicely.
They should replace confetti and colored smoke with just simple jokes like these
2:40 angry or not that's not how a stable person would react
That’s called a gang banger. Look at his clothing.
Yeah just look at the wife's face too, you can tell that guy does stuff like that all the time
He might be autistic
Im pretty sad for her I hope she and the baby are fine
Dude is on something
most of these are:
balloon flying away
the reveal doesn't work
people get angry or cry
The last lady hahahah! The smoke in hand, face full of powder, tongue out. Freeze frame it at 8:19
😝

Yea. Stop Smoking, gross!

I got that the dad wants a boy, and the mom wants a girl as some kind of harmless joke. But that one dad who looks really disappointed is just so weird...
What's weirder is how these people have enough money to raise 5 kids.

The chosen one
If there is any chance at all that you might be disappointed by the gender of your baby, don't do a gender reveal party.
Better yet, don't have a baby at all.
7:00 the single confetti kills me
Thats some cartoony stuff right there
This one is actually funny. The mom laughing, the kid has no idea what's going on but happy, and the dad just watching that single confetti floating down lol
And then he keep pulling and the whole thing just falls off the wall lol.
This one, the blue hair, and the dog were good. Most of the rest of these were just obnoxious and annoying (like 90%+ of gender reveal parties).

Okay got it: Don't get the big black balloons, they fly away and don't do the diy boxes they fall on your head.
Don't do the glass balls either, they'll smash someone's face. Or just don't have kids, their gender will be a disappointment.
also like HOLD ONTO the balloon, i dont get why theyre using 1% of their strength to hold onto a balloon that can fly away
@esmerayofficialyt Ikr! "Here, let me just hold this with two fingers" 🤦
@@esmerayofficialyt Or giving it to their other 5 year old crotch fruit to do it... idiots.
And what did we learn? Never do a one of these box pulling thingies they just dont work💀
I think the people who built them don't realize it can't be the same as a regular box. For this, the top needs to be stronger than the bottom. Like, you want the bottom to fall out before the top falls.
Especially with the box clip with the toddler. What is the toddler was just under the box and missed the the mother as it falls? Instead of celebrating the new baby, they will be rushing the toddler to the ER because the box cracked their head open. 💀

Man is so happy to have a daughter ❤😊
Thats a good dad 😊
why do i feel so emotionally heavy when a gender reveal goes wrong 🤣😭🙏
Such a silly tradition, so this was quite the pleasure to watch. Love the guy watching soccer on his phone instead of filming the “event” - Says it all.
Opposite to what DDOI said, this guy was the only one, who had the right priorities
All these dads upset theyre having more daughters makes me sick. Dont be a parent if your love is determined by the number of kids of a specific gender you have. Dont ever be a parent if your love is in any way conditional.
This is why I will never understand gender reveals. You should be happy either way
The ones I saw looked like they were joking around, to me. The worst was the guy absolutely going (probably drunken) Hulk after finding out it was a boy. He clearly upset his wife.
@@BobbySacamano Those are usually staged to push male/female culture war divide or are missing key context like being a skit where there was supposed to be a header that said something like: "If Toxic Masculinity Were Real". Also many are inside guy/dad jokes like "Oh no more stress when they reach puberty" lol
Tik Tok is expressly built for the proliferation of the mind-virus (and communist spying and data collection)
Omfg. Being a bit disappointed over a fourth or fifth daughter instead of a single son doesn't mean their love is "conditional." How dare a man want another man to bond with!!

This is the most NPC trend.

Anything for a "like", yep.
@@aliciamonroe615 they ain't wrong, though.
Hi, what does NPC stand for?
“Non-Player Character”
Often used in context of video games. Basically describes any background character that isn’t the main character.
Unless you go with a food style of gender reveal, please don’t do any of these. They can leave people upset, they pollute the environment, and some displays can even turn deadly if something goes wrong. *NOT SMART*
And what have we learned?
1: no balloons
2: no boxes
3: instruct your kids better if they’re participating in the reveal
😂
I hope that the girls who watches the video of their dads not happy with the pink reveal will be all right
I'm sure all the love and affection/protection they receive will convince them over a stupid video clip of the dad.
Poor little baby girl is doomed by her father before she's even born. So sad!
@@npbeck89 I think you’re making a lot of optimistic assumptions. There are few things more devastating than realizing you weren’t wanted.
@vincentgeiszler3749 your doing the same thing with negative assumptions and I would say it's more rare for children to be neglected statistically
@@callycharles2515 They don't look Chinese so she'll probably be alright. I think a dad playfully going "oh no not again!" when he "learns" that he's having another daughter is a lot less damaging to a girl's psyche than regards think.

That's one way of looking at it, lol. 😂
I can’t believe how many people don’t know how balloons work.
That explains all the babies.

@ Thank you! 😁
Like, they aren’t even barely holding onto them. What do ya think is gonna happen if someone punches a balloon you’re barely holding??? That is unless they did it on purpose because they don’t want to do this….
The amount of people who get mad over their unborn child's gender is rather concerning
"Gender" reveal parties are the dumbest things ever.
Why is gender in quotes?
*You shall be cursed with a gender reveal party during the gestation of your child!*
Why? Do you also think regular parties are dumb too? Or just gender reveal parties.
@@Theoldman27 Gender reveal parties specifically. Like just have a regular baby shower don't do some game-show bs to get more likes on the gram.
4:32 that dog knew what he was doing lmaoo
So did the girl who threw the dart lol
best part ahahah
The mini howl was hilarious.
Giving her scissors was a huge mistake, little girl used her common sense. I hate it when parents get upset at kids for being kids mxm
Morals of the Stories:
1. Tie the balloon string to your finger.
2. Keep the balloon away from sharp things until reveal time.
3. Make sure the box is actually secured to the ceiling before pulling on it.
4. Keep the parents’ eyes closed to avoid potential spoilers.
5. Do not let your kids do the honors. They will fuck it up.
6. Make sure the person buying the confetti or whatever isn’t colorblind or dumb.
7. Be mindful of where the popper is pointed.
8. Priorly brief your existing kids (and husbands apparently) on which reactions are polite and which aren’t.
9. Don’t be an idiot.
GOOD LUCK!

bruh i hate it when the parents are sad after getting the opposite gender like dawg pray that you have a healthy baby 😭
When they are sad, they should not be allowed to have any kids at all.
Plus, they could be transgender when they grow up, so it doesn't matter anyway.
Not to mention that technically it's more likely to have daughters for some reason ☝️🤓 there's more woman than man in the world if I'm not mistaken
Love how most of these were the balloon flying off.
Also guys can we just like... get rid of gender constructs please, I hate seeing people get upset at a gender T_T
A lot of people love being the gender they are and are eager to raise a kid in the same gender because there are lots of gendered activities they can do together. You can teach the same gendered kid various gender-related things, like how to shave or how to do makeup, etc. etc.
Right? As an nonconforming enby, I feel this.
You guys are clowns. Gender reveals are dumb, yes, but gender is biological fact. Not a "construct". Only gender ROLES are a construct.
The burnout is the best. Aussies know how to do it properly.
Nothing will beat the gender reveal that started the 2020 fire in California. The parents were charged and went to jail 🤦♀🤷♀
3:59 that’s rough lil guy…
I feel bad for him..
That cry though, Not all boys deserve sisters
I can understand he wanted a lil brother, he might be jealous of the sisterhood his sisters make. It's kinda obvious his sisters play together and engage in other girly activities and he feels excluded and it feels unfair to him there's gonna be fourth girl.

0:59 I beg to differ
6:53 is pretty hilarious IMO. But only because of his expressions. Else this entire video is "why is he/she disappointed?" and fails. Also gender reveals are kinda weird in the first place.
@YannickBo I will admit if I saw just one pink paper fall, I'd be slowly weezing
I mean, doesn’t that feel like you see that in a cartoon
6:44 But another thing, that dog did an excellent job without even knowing!
How about the lady with the blue hair? That was great. 👌
0:10 The kid in the blue shirt has good instincts. Even the adult in the background saying "careful" knew there was an inherent danger to entrusting a kid with a sharp object to jab in the general direction of another kid.
For real. This is so irresponsible to give a kid a sharp objects.
And yet he was getting flamed by his mom(?) for letting the balloon go 'cause his brother(?) was swinging a sharp object towards his face...
Question marks were used since I don't know the family dynamics
The way some of the dads (and boys) react when they see it's a girl is frightening. This video made me kinda uncomfortable, does anybody get the same feeling?
