- Airsoft ghillie snipers are reported for headshots while they try to complete their covert mission at Reforger Airsoft in England. They are wearing the new KMCS (Kicking Mustang Concealment System) ghillie suit. Kicking Mustang is using a Tanaka m40a1 PCS bolt action & Tokyo Marui MK23 Socom.

Callumbia Snow but if you don’t know exact distance and can’t figure out how far your BB will drop, aiming for their face gives you the best chance at hitting them centre mass. Aim above their head, and you have a higher chance of hitting them in the face

snipers dont aim at the head but above the head when targeting the head. by placing the crosshair on the head he is actually aiming at the torso of the target

The thing with kicking mustang is that he some times adds ramdon hit marks
you have to remember that with all the gear youve got moving around and making noise whilst you run and move about, it can be hard to tell if youve been hit.

@@quasimodo8959 "wild" is quite vague...you can domesticate deer but they're technically still wild. I don't consider it the same though because you're creating a dependence on humans for that animal which is then technically a pet(?)
Some people have deer farms tho. There's one a few miles from where I live, they use them to see the urine to hunters.
Proper Full Seal Eye Pro, a Lower Mesh Mask, a Helmet with Ear protection......I never complain about head shots. It is the nature of the game. Safety First, but Fun Always.

Lol i got a dye mask which pretty much covers everything 😂 but yeah, just yell out "nice headshot man" and respawn back in, its a contact sport u gotta expect some rough play and wear the appropriate personal protection equipment just like tackle football

As someone who also plays a sniper loadout, if an enemy is only exposing their head, I will take the shot. If you don't want to get shot in the face, don't make that the only exposed part of your body. Peeking your head out isn't freedom from being shot.
Hey man, i was at this game and it was my first airsoft match. I had a blast, got shot a few times (by you it turns out ;D) but no complaints here. Top day, i'll definately be back again.

gojidrake54 paintball is less realistic and it hurts more. You also don’t get to use as much army inspired equipment so to speak. In my experience airsoft is a lot more fun because you have more customization and you can be creative with you play style
@@gojidrake5419 The fun is entirely subjective and dependent on the people you play with, regardless whether you're playing paintball or airsoft. Generally airsoft tends to have cheaper running cost because bbs are orders of magnitude cheaper than paintballs. Also, I've never seen a paint grenade that worked, I own several airsoft grenades that actually throw bbs all over, however.
Airsoft relies a lot on the honor system and having good judges. A camera system like skme snipers use is good to be able to show the judges who the cheaters are.

Damn, I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a patient airsoft sniper out there.
All you do to snipe is drop 30 bucks on a leafy suit and run way away from the battle and slowly creep in, it’s actually really boring. A lot more fun to carry a full auto
@@jordanwiser9011 Guess it depends on what you consider fun. A good sniper is concealed and has a good position, but knowing that position and getting there aren't always the easiest. You also don't have backup most of the time, so it's very tense when enemies are swarming on you. I agree, the straightforward approach is more action-oriented, but a sniper more often than not is alike a suspense-thriller.

I seem to be a magnet for bad first times. My first time playing paintball with my own gun? Got shot in the jewels from about 30 feet away. The first time I played airsoft, got shot in the lower lip like 4 times in the burst. (lucky I didn't have a tooth shot out honestly)
Both times it hurt like hell but, I didn't have the proper protection gear on so in a way, I did deserve it but whatever.

In today's world of HPA and spring sniper dominance, I feel like gas snipers are so incredibly underrated and it's good to see a video with one. The Tanaka/KJW m700 platform is probably my favourite airsoft bolt action platform I've ever worked on and used.

I think he’s trying to be quiet. Or reduce visual movement. But I’ve noticed a lot of these sniper guys move so much when they’re in the bush. Even if you weren’t looking for him, you’d be surprised how easy it is to spot a head turning or especially entire body movements. Then again this is Airsoft and not real life military ops
@@sub_second_life3174 Your eyes still pick up movement easier than something moving slightly or not at all. Doesnt matter that these guys ain't marines or army still applies.
It's to maintain sight picture. If you adjust your position, head, or arms your sight picture changes which can effect both accuracy and time to reacuire your target. All armed forces with all weapon systems are trained to reload without compromising sight picture when at all possible. Like with an M4 we are trained to let the charging handle lightly rest on the tip of our nose so we can always rapidly reacuire the same sight picture. With a bolt action rifle it's more important as reacuiring a sight picture between every shot would be way slower then the slightly slower steady reload you see in the video. The overly dramatic bolt action reload seen in most movies or games where they rip the bolt back and slam it back forward is crazy.
@@rameileo_8195 From the videos i've been watching, it seems like a lot of players both don't pay attention to details and aren't immersing themselves into the game. (i.e. the players casually walking through the woods, like the last guy he shot that just threw his hand up like "well i'm hit")
That's what makes mustang a good player vs the casuals. It's not so much his equipment nor his stealth. It's immersion. he acts like it's real, which can make a HUGE difference in these things.
I remember back when I use to play paintball, I would wear my military fatigues to help blend in and, on occasion, had even rubbed mud on my exposed skin to help blend in with the terrain.
At the end of the day, it's all about how serious you take it.
Jeez, that deer tactic was a next-level play. Got lots of deer around my field, will keep that in mind.

I played in a field that had some random cows grazing in it at times. I used them once to get across an open field by running along behind them from the enemy, after getting them to get their move on.

Haha Brilliant! 😂 This was my first time at an airsoft event with a mate of mine. We had a great day and look forward to going again! You shot me at 3:47.. great shot. I’m the guy with a shaved head and a black tracksuit with a grey backpack (very tactical)!! As for hits in the head well I applaud them, it takes skill to get a head shot and for the wimps that can’t deal with it then they should mask up! Thanks for the 2 seconds of fame by blasting me with your sniper rifle! 😵 Hope to see you on the field again and get some revenge.. 😉👍🏼

If you look closely you can see the bb bounce off in front of the tree, but yes, that must have hit him somewhere on his nose / upper lip. Thats gonna hurt.

Airsoft BBS are affected alot more...they only weigh a few grams and aren't traveling at thousands of feet per second like a bullet

I've played with two different groups, and the rules were the same both places.
Hitting the head was not prohibited, but aiming at the head was not okay if any other body part was visible.
In another group i know of, there was a guy who was hit in the mouth, and it broke of one of his front teath.
I also heard about someone needing surgery after being shot into the nasal cavity
All because they didn't have the correct protection. A gum shield would help.

its like a fence, if you look past it (not at it) you dont really notice it. Guess it varies person to person.
Try different types of mesh, the shape & size of the holes could help you see better!

ah, reminds me of ye olde days when i was still active in LARP. where others cried about a smack to the head (and thats an entirely diffrent thing to an BB to the head) i tried to master the theatical Death.
if you hit me in the face with a Mace, i didnt complain, i fucking halfway backflipped and faceplanted into Nettles. I. AM. DEAD. i cant complain, and the other person has a Glorious memory from that one time they smacked that one dude so hard he backflipped down a cliff.
did it hurt? yes
was it hell of an experience for the guy who got the jump on me? yes
was it therefor worth it? hell yes.

I wish we had more enthusiasts for airsoft and paintball here. Being up in the moutian there are amazing spots and such! I'm kinda away from big cities but this looks absolutely amazing.
I've had an interest in Airsoft and have been researching rules and stuff. Towards the end of the video, I was getting annoyed by the players who weren't calling their hits.
Some people complain about the guys with guncams, but the refs love guys with guncams because you can, sometimes, clearly see people shrugging off hits.

Most of the time, he didn't hit their faces. Occasionaly, yes. However, they should be able to aim wherever they want, it's part of the game. If you can't toughen up and say "SHIT, good shot!" and walk away with a bleeding forehead then wear full protection or don't play at all.
Bullet drop aim for head drops to chest you must be a special kind of stupid. Lead paint chips?
@@steveprefontaine5977 To an extent, at some ranges, however, he may have his rifle set up for a long range meaning the hop-up would actually carry the BB higher than the where he is aiming. Which actually has the reverse effect (aim for the chest and it hits his head) so it can be difficult sometimes.
Also the guy he zoomed in on? That nose hit? A minute or so earlier, before the reload, that same guy shrugged off two clean hits to the shoulder before calling out on a hit from someone else.

Headshots can happen accidental. Allowing for windage & elevation, a shot can be off a lot depending on distance. But a headshot is a headshot regardless. Awesome video.
In my experience, headshots are pretty frequent. I mean, when peaking out on the side of a tree, your head can be over 30-40% of your visible mass and if you're taking advantage of covers, that happens all the time. Whoever is not wearing full face protection has no right to complain. Teeth break easily, I've seen it happen.

7:03 makes me question if you are giving other kills to you. Your shot dropped so quick and looks to barely touch his feet.
Deffinately hit him on the lower leg, if you notice he looks over towards him after he is hit.

I like how his example video after the "Accidents happen" speech, is literally KM putting his crosshairs on the guy's head, who has his full body exposed smh
1. The crosshairs aren't real crosshairs.
2. Even if they were real crosshairs, they aren't real bullets, its plastic bb's. The bullet drop is real, you have to aim head to get chest at a certain distance, being a sniper isn't easy.
3. Who cares? Wear face protection. even a bandana or something. If you're gonna cry about it, don't play the sport.

0:19 You're not shooting a real rifle so deviation, wind, hop everything comes into play. Yea learned that from call of duty real rifles don't get effected by gravity or wind or anything only airsoft guns.
