This series deserves the hype that squid game got. The cast, story, CGI, and everything were amazing. The amount of effort they put into everything. I've loved Alice in Borderland since it came out in 2020. It's amazing and it will forever be in my heart. As much as I'm sad it's finally over, I'm glad it got the ending it deserves.
Sadly, season 1 was completely mediocre, especially the first 6 episodes, they were disastrous, they saved it at the end with the 2 last episodes and gave people hope for what was coming! Season 2 was brilliant, I couldn't believe that they made it so good! But for those who haven't watched it and are considering start watching it, they will quit watching it in s1 episode 2, it was Hella boring until they reached to the beach 🤣 Whoever has the will and make it to the Season 2 will be awarded with greatness, but till then they are gonna suffer watching the first 6 episodes of s1 hahaha
@@Iraslive7 am i alone? honestly, i actually enjoyed alice in borderlands season 1 more the squid game though.. The impact of the games in season 1 was pretty enjoyable and the development of the group was good with alot of emotions coming into place..
Season 1 was good for me but season 2 went into another level of excitement indeed
@@agliodario8748 I mean yeah, the development was good, but in general it wasn't as thrilling as the second season, especially the first 6 episodes were mehhh, kinda boring and the games were not as innovative! Squid game> alice in bordeland s1! Squid game
@@Iraslive7 Comparing it to season 2, season 2 is definitely miles better. it went to another level indeed. But yeah I still felt the excitement watching them go through the season 1 games too though. but yeah this is just me.. Everyone has their own thoughts to it. Squid game is definitely good but i did still prefer AiB season 1 over Squid game. But well end of the day, this is discussion of 3 amazing films nonetheless

The amount of talent it takes to shoot a scene when there is a large part of the environment missing in real life, and still being able to act flawlessly well without having the background to guide them is truly incredible. Scenes like 1:24 put me in such awe. Amazing actors, amazing cameramen, amazing CGI artists, amazing set designers, amazing writers, amazing directors, amazing costume designers, amazing makeup artists, amazing composers - amazing EVERYTHING. Everyone who worked on the production of Alice in Borderland are very talented individuals. They put a lot of hard work on this series, and it shows. Although the story was changed a lot from the manga, I still managed to like the live action just as much. THIS is a live action done RIGHT. I know this show is very popular internationally, but I personally think it should get even more recognition. Squid game was really good, but Alice in Borderland is just on another level. This show is truly a MASTERPIECE.
I also think Alice in Borderland is better than Squid Game but sadly it is not as popular probably because the lack of promotion.

I can't even describe who much I loved the whole show. The ending just moved me to tears. I really hope they end the story here, at the peak of their game, just like the manga.

@@turnermarius4471 Well, even in the manga, Joker is not fully explained, the meaning of Joker is just from Arisu's perspective and some talk between the Kings + Mira (Queen)
In the light novel, the joker is the administrator and the 2 person that survived who chose to stay in the borderland ( serial killer and mafia boss ) became face cards... I think if they're making s3 it's worth the try

It's unreal how good a job they did. I'm usually picky when it comes to CGI and special effects but I thought more of it was physical sets then there actually was.
This is genuinely one of the best shows I’ve ever watched. The casting director did their job RIGHT. Amazing job to everyone who worked on this masterpiece 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
The scenes showing Tokyo overgrown with vines were eerie yet beautiful. The lighting and the sharpness of the CGI was realistic throughout. Very well done.

man the king of spades was great...
a free roam killer.. but what made me like the soldier more was his secondary pistol transition in entering a 3way street and looking behind him again for awareness... thats a good actor.
It's nice to see the behind of the scenes and how the scenes were shot and made. It's even more enjoyable to watch if you have been to Japan (Shibuya) before and know what the actual place is like. I've been lucky enough to have been to Shibuya so the streets and background look incredibly realistic to the real Shibuya in real life to me. Also makes me miss Japan and Shibuya so much. Hoping to go back soon although a lot has changed since I have last visited Japan! ❤
Just now completed watching the series and I must say that Alice in Borderland is one of my favourite shows now. I was so hyped up in every episode. Truly a masterpiece.

@@ann_be Only thing, Girl from nowhere isn't really the type of show you binge watch cause every episode is kind of like a completely different story. But the main character is the same and she is perfect! She's like thai version of Wednesday but probably much more brutal.
Yeah chainsaw man is one of my favorite new anime now.. but if you plan to watch it, do not read the manga for sure.. and do not search it on youtube or so on. Spoiler are filled everywhere on social media. There are so much twist in it. So if you do read the manga first, you may not appreciate the anime as much.. the other way around is fine

Love that she did her own stunts. I was actually very curious about that while watching. Lovely dedication from the team all around.
I was also curious about the shibuya and streets of Tokyo shots, bc I knew they couldn’t shut down the real crossing like that. Really impressive CGI and set building.
Everything amazed me, including how gorgeous Kento really is. He played the character Arisu so well that he doesn't look like himself in the movie.
Generally, each character has a strong personality like Chisiya, Kuina, Ann, Aguni, Niragi, Kyuma, and the archer girl.
This show is just so incredible. It’s rare you can say the second season was better and more exciting than the first. I am so attached to the characters! Highly recommended.

The second season was soooooooooo goooood!!!!! The show really is incredible. Just insane, the plot, the caracters, the ending??? like whatt??? It was so good!!! Now I understand the Title Alice in Borderland.
Honestly season 2 heightened my appreciation and love for this show! Like it was heartbreaking but exciting and intense, and I love the direction and how much deeper we went into the story and some of the new characters. I'm so glad I watched it😄
I finished it yesterday and in the end, I was weeping like a baby! It was so good. I don't really remember when I was THIS excited about a show the last years.

Insane job done on the sets and cgi. I liked how the sets made the show and action scenes more large scale than the first season. Really great improvement and every aspect of the show was absolutely flawless in my eyes.

You cannot have a tv show without a gay character, like never. only private shows get away with actual quality shows. CBS, CW shows are made for the minority.

Maybe the best show on Netflix in the last year!! Absolutely great work, fantastic story, characters and even touching backgrounds of the characters! This show really catched me, especially the ending is so smooth and satisfying! Just a big WOW for this series!!!!

This was hands down, one of my favorite shows of all time! The intricacy of the fight scenes, attention to detail and the actors were all phenomenal!

I never finish any series in one Go but oh my this just made me watch it in 1 night. I did not sleep on the first season. And I couldn’t wait for the second season. Now I finished watching season 2 I was so emotional. It really moves you.. Congratulations to their production crew and the actors. This is by far the best in Netflix

The scale of production for this show and how realistic the CGI looked is absolutely incredible. This show is a work of art. ♥️ I really want to see the full behind the scenes of the epic fight scene in episode 7 where they all fought the King of Spades together in that insane fight. That must have been so difficult to shoot. Hoping we get a season 3! 😍

Fantastic sets and CGI. U put most Blockbuster movies to shame, I couldn't tell what was real and what wasn't most of the time. And the vines growing on the cities with the plants coming out of the grounds it looked insanely good

actually lately the marvel cgi hasn't been that great given the budget..etc. and most probably dont perform the action scenes as much as the actors in AIB.

The card villains were very intriguing, very amazing character development throughout the entire series!
They are not even villains they are the ones who want to be the resident in that place meaning they clear the game and chosed to stay behind. The king of spade thinks he is a hero cause by killing them off they wouldnt suffer with life.

Wow I can see they really hard working caring for the little details to make the set realistic. This series deserves more recognition for the quality it delivered. I was amazed with all the works the production crew put into and the amount of courage and talents the actors have. It has everything except for a good marketing department lol, the reason why Squid Game was so popular when it aired is because of their promoting strategy.
