But where is the guts? He sliced through the belly and rib cage yet no blood or internal organs. Did he gut the fish prior?
I think the fish was ready gutted when they bought it. Did you notice that fish was not gaffed, it was netted when it was landed so it wouldn't damage the meat.

@@dansportfishing I'd like to see the other side of the fish, because there looked like a lot of damaged meat just behind the gills.
He does a good job fileting, but not a good job explaining.
