@@williamdyckman9704 not if the toilet is shimmed and dapped in. The only problem I see with them is if you run a closet auger through the toilet,there is a possibility of grabbing it when you pull the cable back. I've been using them for 37 years ,no problems! Thanks for the question!

Johnny, I installed one of those under the seat bidets on my toilet and cut my tissue use by %80. I bought it off TEMU for $22 and it works great!
