    Bhai explain about sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, Flax seeds and chia seeds. I want to make powder of it and consume with milk before sleeping. Is it good or bad. Because these seeds has more protein. Please make videos on this. Thanks

      This is a myth of the worst kind. Infact protein foods have the highest thermic effect of food, meaning more calories burn digesting foods over carb and fat.
      Hope it answers.
