- Batching out 24 small wine glasses for a local customer. These things are taking about 1.5 minutes each. I am running the ComMarker Omni 1 with their rotary.

Ohhh I like how you can angle that rotary so the surface is flat. Very cool
It helps..
Great Video as always. Enjoyed it. Not ready for another Laser yet. Thanks.
More is better…. Lol
Looking forward to seeing your work on the Bourbon bottles with the UV laser. I engrave Bourbon bottles with my diode and it's a bit of work using a medium to get the diode laser to engrave, Wish I could afford the UV laser. Nice Craftsmanship and video!
The UV does make it simple. The price is high though… thanks
Interestingly, I’ve been collecting bottles for testing. It’s a real chore. 😂
I have friends collecting them. I stay too busy to collect myself
First from Ohio 👊🏻💪🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thanks.
Hi! I love my omni and today I listened a youtube vid and the guy use wobbler… and you can speed up really up and get a clean engraving faster
I engrave at 1600 speed qpulse 2 fr 40khz and totally worth the try
Wobble makes the laser do tiny circles as it moves. I prefer more passes and different angles to keep the added definition. Thanks though
I’d love you to run a tutorial for the F1 ultra and the chuck. I’ve not had cause to use it more than once until now. I need to use it with the P2S at some point. Would I need the riser base? I’m sure I would.
I have done a few with the ultra.

To use the P2, you do have to have the base.
as usual , thanks for the video. Any chance you found some red solo cups to try out?
Did some research, not sure they are a great idea. Would need really good exhaust
Thanks. Have you tried doing coated ss tumblers? I'm having fits trying to get the right settings for both light and dark colors.
I noticed what I think is a rubber band around the clamps, am I correct? I have been unable to secure pint glasses and stemless wine glasses with the D80 that I got from Commarker. I think I need different clamps. Have you tried different drinkware?
@@TTC1940 the bands are mostly to keep the teeth from falling out. You can use painters tape to add a level of friction to glass. A couple of laps of painters tape will keep it from moving.
Speaking of rubber bands, going to see if 1/2" wide rubber bands will work. This adds to the overall time
Once again you make me want to spend money? I do not have a UV laser. It looks pretty cool.
It is cool but pricey as well. Sorry but it is fun..
