to me bloodstained felt more like Aria of Sorrow than Symphony of the night since you came use souls the same way... Which is my most beloved mechanics of any metroidvania and i'm sure there is more potentiel to it in the futur than whats already there. So yeah, hoping for the sequel very much =) Great video 😄
We need a sequel to this I love game I'd like a remake if sotn also mainly just updated graphics and maybe added story but at least keep everything just add stuff lol
@karlhurizblanco7166 if uve not tried the last faith I would recommend it it's a good one as well its got some down sides but it's hard to put down once u start just like Sotn
@@2-4flinching , it's funny that you mention the Adventure Co-Op Mode, as that is supposed to be one of the new Modes that the game is supposed to be getting as its last part of downloadable content. Personally, I would like if the people that made this game made a Deluxe Edition of the game a year or two down the road that made all of the free and paid downloadable content free, plus tacked on some new free things, like additional areas, enemies, bosses, playable characters, and music in the game. The version of the game could be called Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night - Shardbinder's Quest Edition.
12:25, fun fact, every Familiar that Aurora has, save for one, Miriam has an equivalent to it, in the game, with the exception of the initial Familiar that Aurora has in the game. However, the Familiars that Aurora has are unique and are only hers.
11:59, I want to point out that, once Aurora gets into her adult form, she not only can do the Ray of Light attack, but that she can also pair it with her sword and do even more damage, since she can swing it much faster as an adult...not Rheva Valar fast, but certainly faster than her initial form.
remember those dlc contents adds to the experience of the devs which means RotN2 might become the best game ever. imagine day and night cycle in RotN 2 or game changing ability like bloodless. I mean they know how to implement them now, thanks to the dlc content....
@Book0fUrizen the name of the game is not castlevania, so I really hope they change the castle and give us something completely new. They can put a castle to explore but not make it the main thing
So sadly no, the three new characters for the most part go the same castle/boss route as miriam, though aurora will gain some new dialogue after beating bosses or finding abilities...besides that small distinction, there is hardly amy new story content- your main incentive is to go through the castle to find new abities
I don't care much for most of the extra modes, wish they gave a lot more content to the main game like adding some cool optional areas with new enemies, equipment, shards, etc.
They added a new area you can access in the sand area based on Journey indie game but it was kind of underwhelming, def agree that they could have done with some more new areas but hopefully the sequel will iron that out
such a high quality video! You deserve more subscribers.
Thank u, working on it! 🙏

Dawn/Aria of sorrow was the 🐐
I played ROTN for the first time back in Dec when it was on sale on Steam. I liked it but it does have room for improvement. A sequel would be nice.
Did you play on hard? Because with exception of the first boss it is a much better experience
@@affegpus4195 Yes, Vepar is BS on hard mode.

Exactly, or a adventure coop mode would be fun

Yeah, really need a sequel.
I'm glad this game got this support after all this time, I first played it same month it released and had a blast.

Thanks for the clarification 👍

Im personally hoping on just exploring a whole different castle if they can manage 🙌

I love this game, hope the sequel will be at least as good.
I'm hoping they add a ps5 trophy list soon ❤ I'd be back to play in a snap
Question: the 3 new playable characters are just that, right? They don't come with their own story?

This man needs to be stopped, he's spoiling us rotten with Free DLCs...
