Ok Great advice. The only thing is that most of those ideas are not good when it is 80 or 90 degrees out here . Can you give some ideas for sunny hot weather in 80s and 90s weather. Thank you
Hey! Always love the hair! Chinos are difficult to find at a reasonable price and quality for some reason. Physical health is far more important than trying to hide it behind clothing.
been following your advice for years! love it! you helped me to develop some basic foundational rules . and now I’m adding more colors ! Thank you Ashley 😀😀😀
Good vid Ashley. As a performer I wear bright colours that work. I have a great purple long coat and complimentary pants and a brighter blue jacket with complimentary pants. But thats the stage. I wear normal clothes that make me look great on my off time. Always look as good on you off hours as you do at your job. When I meet people its on off time so I want to project a business casual look.
I got a little excited last year when I saw people starting to rock slightly baggier jeans/pants, I jumped on this skinny jean thing but never really liked it or felt comfortable. I noticed everything you're recommending is sticking with tight fitted looks. What are your thoughts on baggier pants, more casual streetwear looks?
Video Idea: Mens Fashion for Wet/Rainy Weather. Here in the South East US, we have had a lot of summer showers. It made it difficult for me to dress business casual because it severely limited a lot of the items I usually wear. like leather dress shoes/boots, suede shoes etc. It's too hot for a peacoat or similar overcoat etc.
Same hear. I usually switch my dress shirt out for a polo shirt & instead of a blazer I wear a Harrington jacket to protect against rain. If your dress shoes have a Blake construction they usually stand up pretty well against rain but you could swap them out for a pair of chucka boots which can still look smart casual
I'm surprised you didn't highlight Coofandy's linen floral shirts as they are some of the best I've tried, also, no one is wearing slim fit anymore. Straight fit is the way to go as it opens the way to wearing boots or chunky sneakers. Denim jackets shouldn't be worn with sneakers, only boots IMO. Denim & sneakers looks juvenile unless your jacket is made from suede
Agree. I'd also request the more common body types. Between Coofandy's site and the examples in the video I don't think I saw one model that wasn't completely ripped.
I live in So Cal and it's 90 degrees outside... at night 😅 Denim jackets, long sleve shirts, pants, and wearing black is impractical. A man can be fashionable AND comfortable in proper shorts, a linen shirt sleave shirt, and huarache sandals.
Geography is big deal. For example, if a guy wears a fedora in NY then it’s viewed as stylish. If the same guy wears it Oklahoma or Alabama they’re viewed completely different. Nothing wrong with any of those states, just saying…
Not saying everybody in their 60s is a grandpa of course, but still I think for older men all of those things suit perfectly. I’m 20 and I love dressing like that as well!
You can always Google stylish looks for men in their 60's. "Banana Republic Factory" believe it or not has some very nice style choices for older men and even feature older models.
I’m guessing any of the looks she’s mentioned in her vids with long sleeves should be cool. Roll up the long sleeves a couple of times to show off the forearms. Your spider veins will still be hidden but you’ll look cool. Lastly - no one gives a crap about your skin and veins except you. Don’t stress about it. The fact that you still care about looking good at 60 already makes you leaps and bounds over the other guys.
Many men with hair loss problems wear a hat which doesn't look good with those outfits, notes none of the models is wearing a hat,I just got to stay gangsta!!
"work pants" "for the office" 3:32 Yeah I work out five hours a day and I have an enormous tattoo covering my upper torso... This is my go to outfit for board meetings and business lunches. "No shoes no shirt" signs aren't in MY world.
Love watching your videos, but your examples are all males in their 20's and have chiseled bodies. Could you provide styles, with visual examples for men 180-250 lbs and who may not be 6 ft tall and over? Some of these fashion choices don't work with full grown men who might be short (I am 5'8" and the average man is 5'9") with broad waste and shoulders. And in my experience, women of similar ages tend to have different expectations for what is appropriate for us to wear. There is a demographic of men in late 40s to mid 60s that would benefit from what styles might look like for them. And, we don't want to look like we are going through a mid-life crisis and trying to look like we are still 25 (I always worry about looking like that creepy 50yo) Thank you!
Oh right I get it so instead of wearing what you want, I should dress as the most generic plane bloke out there. Who needs personality when you look identical to everyone else
Imagine letting old women dancing in your head decide what color you wear. Couldn't be me. I'd say not every shade of blue denim looks country. It's incredibly versatile and there's one for everyone.
I feel like these outfits are for NPCs. They are good but they are so basic. Like I want to express myself through fashion and not look like every other guy. It is good advice for older men.
Sorry. I don't think this is my style. I'm not saying I don't like formal nor casual. I just don't think we view "Casual" and "Formal" the same. I will not comment further but have a nice day.
@@Bynasf No, she is a youtube influencer with opinions on fashion. Most of which are geared towards 20 somethings and rather odd like her obsession with showing a mans ankles.

Never forget the accessories! A nice watch is a MUST!
What brands do you recommend for each piece?
Guys, if you dont have the physique to match, the clothes will look good, but just not on you.
Brutal honesty
I live in south florida. I barely get to wear a jacket in the winter time! Let alone the summer!
lol my partial tuck shirt always moves out of place after I walked for a block around the street XD any solution?

Great video! I think my coffee date might come through 😉
I thought you said to never wear pleated trousers 🤔
Ashley, I love ya but I ain't trying to dress up like the Una Bomber at the gym when it is 120 degrees out.
How can you love her with nostrils like that. Who cares what men dress like . We work and are rough and dirty.
Class as usual, Ashley 😊
5:20 As a shorter guy that partial front tuck really is clutch

Hey you!
I love the coofandy clothes. Only issue I've run into is that some of the shirts that I really want to buy- their smalls are still to big on me
What’s your height and weight if you don’t mind me asking
Thank you Ashley Weston I'm getting every piece of clothing in this video 📸
Your sponsor's pants were entirely too tight. Looks like men's leggings.
Got to be white sneakers in here somewhere, and no show socks!
A few years ago, you and your husband said NO to shorts after age 40 (or even late 30s)...do you still feel that way, or has your opinion changed?
Just shows that these opinions are dumb. Wear what you want. No one cares
I wore a polo and girl told me I look like I work at staples. People in this redneck town don't understand style so I sadly dress down
Maybe try a different color polo. But sadly yes... Some areas of the country have no sense of modern style.
“Oversocialized with crippling feelings of insecurity”.
Uncle Ted on the “modern” leftist.
You can experiment with color and texture to look more stylish and less cookie-cutter
Try a knitted polo or one with striped sleeves. Their more expensive but you get what you pay for

What can someone in their 60s wear?no shorts or short sleeves. Which shoes,pants,shirts,jackets,etc..
Why no short sleeves? Italian grandpas always rock the baggy short sleeve shirt, it’s so cool. Or just go for normal shirts, polos etc.

So I have a question for the community, how does everyone feel about wearing a
Goro's Silver Feather necklace. With These outfits.
As a super fit man in his 30s I agree with the style but you gotta speak to those who that are skinny or fat af and those who are mid/out of shape
Since when is NPC clothing fashionable? I mean, the outfits you showed us are outfits that every second man wears, they're so understated...
Love the trucker jacket look! Thank you Ashley!

What to wear when going to the grocery or to buy bread?
She will probably show you guys who have pants that are too short, lots of ankle and white sneakers.
If your going to Walmart, wear pajamas & go bare cheasted, especially if your a woman 🤣
A similar video for men in their twenties?
Is it a prerequisite to be on steroids to wear Coofandy.
And by women she means herself
Wait I thought we already demonized the denim jacket for men over 30
This guy at work was wearing espadrilles and he didn’t look good at all. It’s a no from me dawg 😂
Joggers and a hoody???? Seriously, yeah if you are a teenager who thinks Nike are the height of menswear.
The Indian kada or kuff is a evergreen stylish accessory ❤
Nothing indian is stylish😊
You cant wear the jacket in summer in Texas. It does not look like summer to me

I honestly don't get her appeal, don't listen to her. It would be like how some guys take their advice from their moms.
Hey dont worry, these outfit are just as basic as yours. It doesnt really matter what you wear, just be confident
Denim jackets only suit young guys (20's) or young looking.
Denim jacket doesn't suit anyone when it's 107 degrees
Sorry, men should not be cuffing their jeans at the bottom if they are adults and no longer teenagers.
I live in a rural, right leaning town. And everyone cuffs their jeans, especially in winter
I see ankle skin is in style
Jeans with light blue shirt...i don't want to be captain denim...!
😃
Who the hell wears a jacket in the summer?
What would you wear in Siberia during the summer?
@@MayTheSchwartzBeWithYou I don't know I don't live in Siberia

Great video, IF you watch it with the sound muted.
I can't do the blue denim, I gotta go grey because the blue just makes me think of a bunch of old women line dancing.
The worst reason ever to not wear blue denim next to not wanting to look like a cowboy. Everyone can wear blue denim.

"Ideas For Men Over 30"
Shows images of perfectly chiseled 20 somethings. 🤦♂
You must be new to the channel. Her other videos show plenty of older fashionable men.
Black and gray are the only acceptable colors. And don’t ever cuff your jeans…..ever!
😬 disagree with the cuffing of jeans

Agreed. Also unless you are a teenager or about to play tennis its time to move on from sneakers.
Men showing ankles or leg is definitely not my thing.
