Interview edited in the framework of the activity Oral Histories developed within the Creative Europe co-funded project "AToM-Archives and Traces of Migration".
Jaime Bernardo González Cosío was born in the small village of Vilde, in the municipality of Rivadedeba, Asturias. He emigrated to Venezuela in 1958, where he started several successful businesses. But he always returns to his homeland whenever he can.
This interview was recorded by Asociación Navegantes in 2016 as part of their main objective : The creation of a digital archive. Census of emigration from Asturias and Cantabria to America.
