I remember Brass Construction they used to watch over myself and my Brother In-law John Bruce and his friend Bertram. They lived on Blake Ave in Brownsville Projects. Larry Payton and my Sister law Lois used to go to Church together. So on hot Summer days we would be up on the Parking lot where they would perform at times and it was the Best. So my eyes were glued to the TV when they would perform on Soul Train that as a Dream come True for them. They were the very best with their melodic Jazz tunes man Larry, Sandy, Ka
Magnificent Song and, Video carrying on the Legacy of the Late and, Incomperable Mr. Larry Payton from Brownsville Projects and, the rest of the other Brothers who I watched perform on Weekends in person when I was Ten, my Family and I. Until they got themselves together and we all saw them Sandy, Juan, Raymond, and the rest of the gang perform on Soul Train with the Host himself Mr. Don Cornelius now that was the Ultimate Dream for them that was the Crem Dela Crem they are still the Best Always and Forever for I am sixty years old now and, I will always Love them for taking the time out and watch over myself, my Brothers Brother In-law John Bruce and, his friend Bertram we watched them practice their live Band Performances and they were Simply Great & Superb.
