      This challenge is rated a Level 4 out of 5, so it might be a bit challenging for beginners - that said, we've included modifications throughout, so that you can make these workouts easier or harder based on your needs.

    I did day 1 today and I can tell you- if I somehow managed to talk my sig other into starting this with me- he would not have been able to get through it at all.
