Cake :
109 g All purpose flour
43 g cocoa
6 g baking soda
1 g instant coffee
2 g salt
175 g white sugar
123 g milk
8 g vinegar
1 egg
55 g coconut oil
5 g vanilla extract
118 g hot water
Mix everything together except the hot water. Once the batter is mixed, add the hot water and mix. Bake in a dome mould at 350F for 30 minutes.
Bittersweet Chocolate Ganache:
100 g bittersweet chocolate
50 g heavy cream
White Chocolate Ganache:
100 g white chocolate
50 g heavy cream
Violet and Blue Food coloring
