Thank you Cynthia for highlighting all of this interesting information and introducing me to Paola Harris and her great sounding book and website. How great you were chosen for that project with the ET beings! I've followed Dr Greer's work for a long time but this widens my knowledge so I'm really grateful to you as always. I am sure I have had 'encounters' or contact, especially since moving to rural Spain 8 years ago and most certainly since becoming properly heart centred conscious this last few years. I have also learned galactic astrology and this opens up so much more understanding of our cosmos. I always wondered why all my life I didn't really like being in groups, or 'fit in', even though I desired it so much but even now at 65 it always fails, or people look at me like I am a bit weird. My Human Design report shows that I have no defined centres at all, which is really rare apparently. Then this week I read that having Chiron in Aquarius in my natal chart means I am not of this earth but a star seed from another place and will never feel part of groups here, despite trying!! Who really knows???!! Anyway, once you learn these kind of things, that oddly enough come along when you are not looking for them, it helps to put things into so much perspective and move you forward to where you feel you do belong. It is like putting together a jigsaw and I really hope there will be enough of US, of all beings, to help us through. 🙏
Hey, I believe there are several “Interdimensional” experiences. More likely when I cannot picture a human being in a flimsy spacesuit.

Ideas are powerful, and our discernment and focus on such matters as asking, "How good can it get?" will naturally drive one's experience out of the emotional drama cycle of sorrows, anxieties, and anger. This is ultimately a spiritual path, and as such, spiritual practices can be tremendously helpful in this process.

I had someone tell me that starseed are just pleadian types. Then there is starbeings...and likely we all have been a starbeing in one form or another as humanity since the earth is old.....reincarnation...the universe is so vast and etc. Yet I dont feel the 'starseed' is limited to just one race so to speak. Yet the starbeing thing makes sense....

Pretty much anything is possible. Detachment and maintaining a neutral state of mind helps--some people have experienced this.

@@Quantum-fil-A No medications. I meditate, and pray--and it's likely that those activities boost natural levels of DMT.

Yes! He described his experience with it on the first day of our IMEC23 conference last September, in his presentation.
