The weird things is my deja vu is linked to my dreams. I visit places in my dreams before I do it in real life. Sometimes when I visit these places in my dreams I end up basically downloading a lot of information. For example passing a single building can take me back to the dream where that building was, but information that wasn't in the dream becomes evident in a flash. Now when this happens I think to myself "aha that is what that is about and now I am at point x in what is coming in the future" This two path concept makes my dreams make more sense now. In some dreams in the future it is like everything has been totally destroyed. In others things are not so bad, even though there is a war still things are much better and we rebuild. Either way the poles shift and the new layout is different and earth feels different, continents are laid out different. I guess I was seeing the two paths. The hopi had a stone called the prophecy stone that hints to these two paths that we must choose from.
My elderly parents asked me to come home to help them...they are 88 yrs old. I oblidged because my life was flexible enough to just pick up and go home. I was born Christian and grew up in the church. My mother asks me every Sunday morning, "are you going with us? My answer is always no because I'd rather go within. She doesn't understand my change of heart, my spiritual choices and new understandings. She thinks I'm going to hell 😂lol anyway, I feel I choose 5D with little instances that appear in my experience. All free will and choice ❤

In my opinion: finding and following your synchronicity is key. It shows itself meekly at first, but as you give it strength by noticing it, everything rises into place. Synchronization seems to be pulled from the subconscious with an infinite possibility.

@@farrenday I believe synchronicity is connected to free will. Awhile back, after watching a program on finding meteorites, I had the desire to find a meteorite someday in my life. I went on a hike the next morning and while standing on a rocky shoreline of a river, I looked down and between my feet was a nickel/iron meteorite. That is an extreme example, but you can will this kind of thing into existence and I've had many of them now.
By synchronicities do you mean seeing repeating number sequences ? Since around 2018, I've been seeing "33" and "1111" a lot (roughly 6 - 8 times every day) as well as "mirror numbers".
In my opinion: it's like a seed that grows into a bigger plant. You have to notice and give value to the little things. But it at first shows itself from the subconscious mind as related symbols. . As it grows into the conscious mind, it becomes more apparent and smooth; and you just follow its lead to more sequence s. It is related to the subconscious mind that feeds it . Know and study symbols.

Trick, in a manner of speaking, is not positive/ negative, but in-between. If you understand the in-between then you are ready for the transition. To explain: in a manner of speaking, it's a marriage between positive and negative into a new reality. To explain further, it's a neutral position crossing the quantum threshold.
I just took step into my new timeline but everything had to blow up for it to happen. So of course I waiver at times bc feels scary and sad I had to allow my physical to be hurt but I also have to deeply trust. I feel thankful to the body bc it’s holding me to task and revealed my childhood trauma to free me into this 5D timeline. I’m still shifting and have to have huge trust knowing gratitude compassion for myself and love.

I remember talking about this topic with an old friend from a different lifetime and when I mentioned how I was on my 'last' cycle of incarnation I found it humorous because it sounded like I was being liberated from imprisonment on one hand and on the other it sounded like I just wanted to wash my hands of this reality and move on despite my obvious attachment to it which I've suppressed. " Riding rough" ? I don't have that problem. It's the opposite with me. I don't feel ANYTHING is happening. I have never noticed or felt these light energies they talk about. Every choice of wording we think, speak or write generates a corresponding timeline of experience. Is the resulting narrative a limit or a creative guideline? No wrong answer - only another choice. I have noticed timeline shifts, they r very subtle usually. But last time i noticed it was not subtle at all. Eg 1. One the stores in my neghbourhood had shifted a few stores over. My son was with me, wgen i told him that this store wasnt here he said exactly the same thing, he is only a teen. Both of us blurted "omg our timeline just shifted." 2. Very different faces on my usual train 3. My boss' face was somewhat different. 3. All of a sudden an item that my boss specifically mentioned we didnt have budget for, was mentioned to me as approved and coming! There was no mention of change from non budgeted to budgeted. As if it was always budgeted status quo. These r the ones i remember that were super noticeable.
So I literally (semi-consciously) put myself in one of these purification timeouts because I had major attachment issues. Many themes of conflicts I was battling. I can say that when I was very young 1-2 years I had a myriad of memories of a life prior to this one. Small rancher with a darkened office room and a yellow kitchen. Fraught with the saddening feeling of abandonment from the best of my recollection being a wife a daughter absent. When I met a girl in high school that feeling came back and I couldn’t help but wonder if this was the same one that would ultimately leave me again. Because of this I felt it would be more beneficial to opt out of this pursuit for fear of repetition. A regret that still haunts me to this day. A reality shattering affect one would say would ensue for it appears this instance has caused some paradoxical effects upon the plain I vacate now. When I dream I visit many places and people who live quite differently as if under a different set of rules and systems that make their plane unique and with positive/similar vibrations and makes it easy to Segway into these places in my dreams. I’ve seen less restrictive worlds that appear to shone a more lively state of being versus this systematic matrix we are currently enslaved by. Do not assume the world you live in is the best one… it appears to be ran by a small triangular faction at the top that wish to harness a similar power that I was both blessed and cursed by from this fragmented chain of events which appear to occur time and time again like a stone skipping across the surface of the sea. If I could describe this place accurately without fear of metaphorical crucifixion, I would describe it as an elaborate work camp and I feel the souls of many who embody the life of my status would agree. Shuffling around with achy bodies whilst wealthy individuals enjoy a care free life of leisure for lack of a better word is criminal. Perhaps that’s why God has sent the Lord to come save us from this invisible monstrosity of hypocrisy.

I think ive found the missing key between quantum super positions and the electric universe model. Id like to get your thoughts on the (laughing) matter some time.
If your electric universe model is based on the heliocentric model, it's a lie. Biblical, geocentric cosmology is the truth. I worked for a big bank for 21 years and was like a machine just living without a conscience. I quit my job a few months ago and feel liberated from this ongoing production without any humanity just production and destruction of the world we are in. We all need to stop and meditate. I also found out I have fibromyalgia with ongoing chronic pain and also found out everyone is starting to have these ongoing pains that come and go. God is speaking with us to stop and take care of Earth. I also found a medication called low dose naltrexone started taking at 1.5 mg for 2 weeks then 3mg for 2 weeks and now at 4.5mg once a day. It’s an immune modulator and removes inflammation and pain. I have also been a devotee of Lord Ganesha and chanting the mantras out loud has helped me find the knowledge to help others and spread the word to the world. ❤🎉thank you for your videos. After listening to this video, I suspect I have emotional blocks I need to heal, since it seems to me that if my mental & emotional were equally of a high vibratory rate, that taking action & manifesting a higher physical reality would be less of a struggle. That’s just my personal taking from the video, but aside from that I really enjoyed your explanation of timeline splits. I definitely would love to “graduate” from the current level of reality I’m experiencing. I’m feeling more confident that as I continue to integrate my shadow aspects and heal the emotional body that I will get there. I was listening to 528 hrz sounds. I began to buzz and feel really good! Then I had an audio download: that everyone is a fractal part of the whole, that we are all connected. How you treat someone is a reflection of how you are treating yourself. When we have hate for others due to earthly programs, this is an opportunity to know what one must heal within self. The foundation of the source is LOVE and in that collective consciousness, we are reflecting off each other. Then I had a visual download of the importance of Truth and how truth reflects our reality on the polarity pole and in the law of correspondence! I love how the source gives information in ways that hit the soul. Lately, I can feel timeline shifts when I go out in public. I notice this happens when I am looking back at old energies that no longer serve me. So I'm learning to connect daily with the source Love frequency.

The thing I can’t get around is that we don’t really choose what we are convinced by, moreover a vast majority of our preferences are seemingly derived from a myriad of predispositions and contribute to our character so much as to provide directionality to our lives and shape our decisions. Not so sure what is free about a will that is so manufactured by external forces. Free to always be in the know of the process you call experiential qualia, but ultimate responsibility? Nah. I didn’t choose anything about myself. This is def a process we are witness to and IMO, it plays out so we can experience the very polarity with which we can learn appreciation through separation. I don’t try to reduce much after that. We all have to die. I know that. What is the death process going to look like? Idk.

I dont have an issue with the term "ascension" so much because of the associations I have with the word, but rather it is biased towards a singular direction or pole (ie up) as better than the opposite. I feel it divides. I prefer the term "transcension", to get beyond this "good/bad", "up/down" mentality and accompanying verbiage
I am on the ascending timeline because the first I watched this I was like wow need to watch this again… just did that and I understood everything because I can feel it happening, heart palpitations, anxiety, chakras upgrades, emotional meltdown, body chills, and muscle spasms.. crown chakra tingling, ears buzzing, third eye tingling.. I am ready to move on to the higher timeline.
This is so helpful , especially as it pertains to our higher self, as sometimes I have no contact, other times we are in the shops together😊and I receive information. I miss that. All the negative things will be lifted wow New Earth 😊😊❤❤❤
Timelines is one way to look at it but another is the dimension or plane that the Earth and you are moving to. Having a "5D" consciousness is something almost everyone does at some time, it's just a matter of how long you can stay at that level or vibration. So I remain confused. A kinder timeline, but while remaining in the Physical dimension is very different from "ascending" to a 5D dimension or plane. In other words I stay at the pinnacle of the Mental plane in consciousness and love, but my physical body will still continue to deteriorate and then die.

I wrote in a song more than a decade ago: heaven is a mindstate we together try to make/ contemplating love, even loving those we like to hate// It’s important to love everybody unconditionally, even the evil and darkest expressions so we can bless a new Earth. There’s so much in the world that needs blessing. Even the diseased leaves are part of a tree. When we catch ourselves not blessing and disliking, we will bless and love with intentions to heal the tree.

@@farrenday I believe synchronicity is connected to free will. Awhile back, after watching a program on finding meteorites, I had the desire to find a meteorite someday in my life. I went on a hike the next morning and while standing on a rocky shoreline of a river, I looked down and between my feet was a nickel/iron meteorite. That is an extreme example, but you can will this kind of thing into existence and I've had many of them now.
By synchronicities do you mean seeing repeating number sequences ?
Since around 2018, I've been seeing "33" and "1111" a lot (roughly 6 - 8 times every day) as well as "mirror numbers".
In my opinion: it's like a seed that grows into a bigger plant. You have to notice and give value to the little things. But it at first shows itself from the subconscious mind as related symbols. . As it grows into the conscious mind, it becomes more apparent and smooth; and you just follow its lead to more sequence s. It is related to the subconscious mind that feeds it . Know and study symbols.
It's the stupid little things that we normally disregard that are right in our face; trying to lead us to a greater wholeness.
At the end of the day, in order for us to experience what is beyond our reality, we need to know love and give love. As one saying goes, be the love you wish to see in this world. Thanks again Sarah for this update. Much love and God bless!💓💓💓

Trick, in a manner of speaking, is not positive/ negative, but in-between. If you understand the in-between then you are ready for the transition. To explain: in a manner of speaking, it's a marriage between positive and negative into a new reality. To explain further, it's a neutral position crossing the quantum threshold.
I just took step into my new timeline but everything had to blow up for it to happen. So of course I waiver at times bc feels scary and sad I had to allow my physical to be hurt but I also have to deeply trust. I feel thankful to the body bc it’s holding me to task and revealed my childhood trauma to free me into this 5D timeline. I’m still shifting and have to have huge trust knowing gratitude compassion for myself and love.

Childhood trauma got me so much worse a few months later and universe source god whatever was like sh you were supposed to keep that chapter closed ,.. I didn’t do I experienced law of consequences
This explains why I got laid off from my job, beaten up by a security guard who broke my arm, ribs and tail bone and lost my phone and debit card…. All on the same day… By no fault of my own.
And then less than a month later, I landed the best job of my life.

I remember talking about this topic with an old friend from a different lifetime and when I mentioned how I was on my 'last' cycle of incarnation I found it humorous because it sounded like I was being liberated from imprisonment on one hand and on the other it sounded like I just wanted to wash my hands of this reality and move on despite my obvious attachment to it which I've suppressed.

" Riding rough" ? I don't have that problem. It's the opposite with me. I don't feel ANYTHING is happening. I have never noticed or felt these light energies they talk about. I have noticed timeline shifts, they r very subtle usually. But last time i noticed it was not subtle at all. Eg
1. One the stores in my neghbourhood had shifted a few stores over. My son was with me, wgen i told him that this store wasnt here he said exactly the same thing, he is only a teen. Both of us blurted "omg our timeline just shifted."
2. Very different faces on my usual train
3. My boss' face was somewhat different.
3. All of a sudden an item that my boss specifically mentioned we didnt have budget for, was mentioned to me as approved and coming! There was no mention of change from non budgeted to budgeted. As if it was always budgeted status quo.
These r the ones i remember that were super noticeable.

So I literally (semi-consciously) put myself in one of these purification timeouts because I had major attachment issues. Many themes of conflicts I was battling. I can say that when I was very young 1-2 years I had a myriad of memories of a life prior to this one. Small rancher with a darkened office room and a yellow kitchen. Fraught with the saddening feeling of abandonment from the best of my recollection being a wife a daughter absent. When I met a girl in high school that feeling came back and I couldn’t help but wonder if this was the same one that would ultimately leave me again. Because of this I felt it would be more beneficial to opt out of this pursuit for fear of repetition. A regret that still haunts me to this day. A reality shattering affect one would say would ensue for it appears this instance has caused some paradoxical effects upon the plain I vacate now. When I dream I visit many places and people who live quite differently as if under a different set of rules and systems that make their plane unique and with positive/similar vibrations and makes it easy to Segway into these places in my dreams. I’ve seen less restrictive worlds that appear to shone a more lively state of being versus this systematic matrix we are currently enslaved by. Do not assume the world you live in is the best one… it appears to be ran by a small triangular faction at the top that wish to harness a similar power that I was both blessed and cursed by from this fragmented chain of events which appear to occur time and time again like a stone skipping across the surface of the sea. If I could describe this place accurately without fear of metaphorical crucifixion, I would describe it as an elaborate work camp and I feel the souls of many who embody the life of my status would agree. Shuffling around with achy bodies whilst wealthy individuals enjoy a care free life of leisure for lack of a better word is criminal. Perhaps that’s why God has sent the Lord to come save us from this invisible monstrosity of hypocrisy.

I worked for a big bank for 21 years and was like a machine just living without a conscience. I quit my job a few months ago and feel liberated from this ongoing production without any humanity just production and destruction of the world we are in. We all need to stop and meditate. I also found out I have fibromyalgia with ongoing chronic pain and also found out everyone is starting to have these ongoing pains that come and go. God is speaking with us to stop and take care of Earth. I also found a medication called low dose naltrexone started taking at 1.5 mg for 2 weeks then 3mg for 2 weeks and now at 4.5mg once a day. It’s an immune modulator and removes inflammation and pain. I have also been a devotee of Lord Ganesha and chanting the mantras out loud has helped me find the knowledge to help others and spread the word to the world. ❤🎉thank you for your videos. Thank you 🙏 I sometimes feel that mentally my consciousness is at such a high vibratory rate, yet I struggle to take actions aligned with it that would drastically shift my personal timeline. After listening to this video, I suspect I have emotional blocks I need to heal, since it seems to me that if my mental & emotional were equally of a high vibratory rate, that taking action & manifesting a higher physical reality would be less of a struggle. That’s just my personal taking from the video, but aside from that I really enjoyed your explanation of timeline splits. I definitely would love to “graduate” from the current level of reality I’m experiencing. I’m feeling more confident that as I continue to integrate my shadow aspects and heal the emotional body that I will get there. What keeps the collective down is denial - refusal to see what one doesn’t want to see. So we must attend to any denial in ourselves it seems.
I have been thinking, we will not clear everything before this split, so what does it take to move up?

Then I had an audio download: that everyone is a fractal part of the whole, that we are all connected.
How you treat someone is a reflection of how you are treating yourself. When we have hate for others due to earthly programs, this is an opportunity to know what one must heal within self. The foundation of the source is LOVE and in that collective consciousness, we are reflecting off each other. Then I had a visual download of the importance of Truth and how truth reflects our reality on the polarity pole and in the law of correspondence! I love how the source gives information in ways that hit the soul. Lately, I can feel timeline shifts when I go out in public. I notice this happens when I am looking back at old energies that no longer serve me. So I'm learning to connect daily with the source Love frequency.

The thing I can’t get around is that we don’t really choose what we are convinced by, moreover a vast majority of our preferences are seemingly derived from a myriad of predispositions and contribute to our character so much as to provide directionality to our lives and shape our decisions. Not so sure what is free about a will that is so manufactured by external forces. Free to always be in the know of the process you call experiential qualia, but ultimate responsibility? Nah. I didn’t choose anything about myself. This is def a process we are witness to and IMO, it plays out so we can experience the very polarity with which we can learn appreciation through separation. I don’t try to reduce much after that. We all have to die. I know that. What is the death process going to look like? Idk.

I dont have an issue with the term "ascension" so much because of the associations I have with the word, but rather it is biased towards a singular direction or pole (ie up) as better than the opposite. I feel it divides.
I prefer the term "transcension", to get beyond this "good/bad", "up/down" mentality and accompanying verbiage

Timelines is one way to look at it but another is the dimension or plane that the Earth and you are moving to. Having a "5D" consciousness is something almost everyone does at some time, it's just a matter of how long you can stay at that level or vibration. So I remain confused. A kinder timeline, but while remaining in the Physical dimension is very different from "ascending" to a 5D dimension or plane. In other words I stay at the pinnacle of the Mental plane in consciousness and love, but my physical body will still continue to deteriorate and then die.

My question for you would be "The Solar Flash". I get confused, with some saying it will be an actual event, and others that say this is an internal change with elevations that will be exhibited externally. Can you please explain this discrepancy. Thanks for all your insights.
