- Feeling and seeing energy may be easier to do than you think. Learning to sense energy is really very easy to do. In this ShamaMama video blog I will show you two easy exercises you can do to learn how to see energy and feel energy. Fun and easy for all ages. Give it a shot! :-) Namaste.

Thank you so much for posting this method for Seeing energy. Everyone else says look at your hand unfocused but that is useless for Me. I could hardly believe my eyes when I pulled my fingers apart and saw this light trail! I did get a black sweater and cover a propped up pillow on my lap which is a brilliant suggestion and makes all the difference. I repeated it over and over changing the position of my hands each time and it really was evident each! The first time it was white ish as you described but as I continued it became a deep blue shade. Wow what a trip! Feels like such breakthrough.. thanks again

When I did the second exercise, I thought I saw a VERY faint white outline, almost like a very thin halo of smoke around my fingers and hands. What's really strange about it is that, compared to the first exercise, I could REALLY feel the energy in my hands while I was doing that. Anyway, being able to see energy is pretty cool and I'll have to practice until I master it.

I can see auras. They are very faint but to see those I do a soft stare and it appears like dust/flame coming off a body or object.

I could see the nrg from the quarts crystal that was cool! I read about this from a Dr, from Russia. He had several different modalities and he said the world beats a path to his door.
in Russia there is no religion. Which at the time I thought was sad but now I feel differently about it.

I have been seeing that forever. And I have been trying to find someone who can teach me how to see energy For year. But after watching your video I have realised that the whole time according to what you are saying is that I have been seeing energies for years and didn’t know that’s what it was I was seeing 🤯

I remember a year ago I put a small piece of clear quartz on my forehead when I was laying in the grass outside. After a while I could see rainbows all around me! Crystals are a great way to help you see.

It's probably just the energy around you that you are feeling. You know when you rub a balloon on something to get it all full of static, and then when you put your hand up to the balloon it pushes back? It's the same thing. Everything is energy :-) I hope this helps. Namaste

I can see energy just as if I was looking at someone or an object not in doors but outside I just look up to the sky and it's there coming down to greet me as if it was waiting for me to notice it also I can manipulate it to an extent move it back and forth make it go up and come back down I just open my hand and let it come to me it's not just one they just keep coming like vibrations energy thats separate it's really alive and has it's own being it's own awareness and choice of where it want to go it just seems to me that because I notice was aware the energy aloud me to play with it I couldn't believe what I was seeing and doing so I took some pictures I wanted to see if I could take some pictures of what I was seeing I thought if I told someone they wouldn't belive me anyway unless I had prove I never knew that energy was really alive until I experience it myself I'm still fascinated

Ok, so when you said grab something black like a cloth I was like... meh, I dont have anything close by and then you said shawl and music stand and I literally had both of those within 20 feet...funny. THEEENNN, with the energy I was like, yes it's dark black with a white outline around it and then you said it. I was able to see it all the way down each finger headed down towards my hands. Kind of remindes me of when you're driving, or riding, in a car at night and you slightly squint your eyes and look at lights and it appears that the light almost seems to expand outward (and if you're a dork like me you tilt your head side to side to make the lights dance). Not the exact same thing I know, just kinda reminded me of it. And the energy ball I though it felt bouncy. Pretty interesting. Going to try it with my kiddos.

Hi Anitha :-) Thank you for your comment and your sharing. You bring up SUCH a great point because we can all be around that yucky energy at times. I am sorry you are living in it :-( So, I would recommend visualizing a protective bubble around yourself, your room/space, your car, etc. Sometimes I imagine my bubble is made of Teflon like a frying pan so nothing negative gets to me. It helps! Daily smudging can help too as well as sound cleansing, like using a drum, bells, rattles, and/or singing bowls. The vibration will kind of shake up that dense heavy energy and clear your environment a bit. I have some neat ideas for a new video - thank you!! Be well Anitha. -- Karen

When you flinged it it's like I felt it a little on my face o.o
Sometimes if i concentrate i can feel this 'heat' radiating from nearby people. Its different from body heat tho, it spreads out in about a 3ft radius. Also sometimes i see flickers of a color haze floating around people although i only see it in glimpses. My mother calls it aura and she said she can see it when she choses (my color is usually blue-green. What's yours?)
Once i tried a test and tied a small pendant to a long string and tied that string to my middle finger (YOU SHOULD TRY!!)and if you concentrate the pendant will start to rotate depending in which direction you want! I usually do right because im right handed! Idk if its magic but its cool!

I have a quick question.
Whenever I do the exercise to see my own aura, this is what happens:
I'll have a dark background. I'll put my fingers together for a few seconds before moving them apart a little. I'll end up seeing a small teal outline around my fingers, which could probably be assumed to be an aura, but when I move my hands away from where I have the background(this is just after I'm done and stuff), I end up seeing that same teal color on the background. Am I doing this correctly, or have I been doing something wrong and I'm not aware of it?
Good job!! :-). You are not doing anything wrong. You are seeing the energy. Energy can linger...which is probably what you are seeing. Just keep practicing and you will get more comfortable. :-)

I got my hands a decent distance away but instead of flicking it away I tried to absorb it in my hands and it gave me goosebumps XD

Awesome question!! Just keep practicing and you will find your ability to see energy grow stronger and more clear. Also, I would suggest meditating with the intention of seeing your own energy more clearly.....you may see it in different ways. Really, it's for you to figure out, but it sounds like you are on the right path. :-) Namaste BabyG !
Hi!! GREAT question! Okay.....I would recommend practicing more often, as well as daily mediation. Being aware of the energy of all things around you helps too...like going for a walk and looking at different plants, trees, flowers, people, houses, etc..... Just keep consciously doing it. You will be surprised at how quickly you will see a difference.
Is it normal to instantly be able to focus on the energy instead of that soft gaze you're talking about? I can look directly at the energy and still see it with the soft gaze, but I just want to know if it's normal to be able to focus on it like that. I've only practiced this twice so I'm not too certain!

Karen Adamski awesome, thanks! I've been trying to lately but mostly I've just gotten little glimpses of people's if they're standing near a blank wall. Also, do you see those little things in the sky? Whenever I focus on the sky when it's clear I can see and follow little orbs or balls. I know it's not just me since my friend mentioned it to me too and thought it was dust but I'm not sure what it actually is. It's too quick and coordinated to be dust, and it looks like how energy looks on your hand only a bit more difficult to see and sometimes it will leave behind a trail for a couple seconds. The sun's energy, maybe? I'm just curious to know if you've seen this. If not, check it out, it's pretty cool even though I don't quite know what it is!
Yes, I also see the energy in a blue sky....Actually, I was just trying to NOT see it the other day, and I couldn't. It's just become the norm. :-)

I'm very concerned for my sibling, you see. I pulled these cards (in order): The Devil, The Chariot, Four of Cups, The Emporer. Unfortunately though, they are on the other side of Australia and the only way to talk to them is through messaging. I want to be able to make sure they're safe, but I am not sure how I can do so when I cannot see their aura. So, my friends, do you have any advice?

Its quite strange but I never did any meditation but its true I felt it easier then others and I can sense how the flow of energy where it moves or goes and its quite so strong that I can feel it around me to the point it can push my body if I ever walk around or run.

when I rub my hands together I feel TONS of heat but no pull or force. I've tried it a few times now, all I get Is heat, is that normal? also I should mention for the seeing energy part, I don't have a second finger to connect with, same with feeling energy I don't have a second palm. I just have a little below the elbow. How would I do these activities?
Heat is great! That 's how YOU are feeling energy. Keep practicing and pay attention to your thoughts and feelings. We all feel things differently. The more you practice the more you will start to feel, see, hear.... And to answer your question about not having a palm or finger to connect with....SUCH a great questions!! I would suggest starting with with the end of your arm, but don't limit yourself. Perhaps try your feet, or a hand and a foot. Just explore and know there is no wrong way to do this. :-)

When I did the aura thing I immediately saw a black outline and it was going up my arm and I could put my entire hand out and it would go there. Is that bad? You said it would be white and it started off kinda red then became black.
Great job! It's not bad :-) Not everyone sees the same colors for the same reasons. The more you start to practice and actually see energy, the more you will learn about what the colors might mean for you. It's a bit like learning a new language. :-)

Hey Desiree :-) I feel it the way you do. I often feel heat as well. Sometimes I feel a "tug" like the feeling of a fish on a line. You are doing it! :-) There is no "one way".....just tune into yourself and read/feel the signs.
When ever i do this my fingers have like a black outline and it feels like i can feel everything in my body. Is this supposed to happen?
