'67 was my favorite year for American muscle cars. The cars had the best lines and styles. I owned a '67 Olds 442 as a teenager which I had repainted Spanish Red using lacquer paint. Made it look like glass. I was out of control then but I loved that car so much that I never drove it when impaired. It more than likely saved my life. I am 66 now and still a car nut as are my 3 sons. Nice to have passions in life. Thanks for sharing this amazing ride.
that's a BAAAD MOTOR SCOOTER. Clean lines outside. Elephant-titus of the nuts motor. Superb interior. Digital retro guages, tablet infotainment. The rims have an almost 60s Pontiac vibe to them. Love this car.
OMG, the sound is just enough with that color 😍 and stance. A job well done Dale, with your story behind it. Sweet 😋 Thanks again for a outstanding video Shawn
That's one sweet ride, I was lucky enough growing up when you could pick up a good condition 64-67 for $250-$400....owned 3 in the past, 2-66's and a 67......one as sweet as this on exterior wise, nothing like this bad boy under the hood. The 66 389's would walk the dog over the 67 400's. I was putting a power glide in one of the 66's like every other month....junk yard price at the time, new rebuild that a bud had a ton of from a closed Carmatic joint, 65 bucks. Nice video, brings back some good times for me.
Wow......just wow, the stance on this thing is Gaga! love it. This guys family connection to this car is just awesome. Powerful early life memories connected to this car. Like riding in your own time capsule.
I love the 67 GTO with it's stacked headlights, body lines, and the slotted tail lights. But mini tubbed with fat 19s, LSA, and flawless paint? I'm so jealous.
Yep, yep, mmm hmm, I absolutely love the early gto body style and I can’t say a single bad thing about how this one was redone. The supercharger whine puts it over the top 👍
One beautiful GTO! Wow General Motors have built so timeless vehicles over the years, this being one of them. Nice to see the stock body with all the chrome still in place. Awesome build👌
Grand Turismo Omologato!!!!!! Truly my favorite GM vehicle. My friend Craig has his parents original 67 convertible. Absolutely love this car. Beautiful!!!
Ohhh yeah! More GTO's! Shawn, great job capturing such an incredible story, and build details. Dale is the most humble guy I've met, and gotta love the background story, as it's similar to my own. Love it!
Beautiful Goat. 67 has always been one of my favorites. A close friend in high school back in 1971 had a Maroon 4 speed 67. It was B.A….. There were lots of B.A cars in the parking lots of high schools back then…
WOW My Friend KITH SCHNEIDER Had A 1966 GTO. And He just passed away last Month , Kith I hope You can see this from Heaven ! We had so much fun in that GTO , . What A Great Video !!
I had two 66 GTO’s. I still have my numbers matching, signed by Jim Wagner car. It is pretty sweet. Nothing like this one. Great job brother. Your car is crazy.
@AutotopiaLA now I am seriously drooling over this car. I absolutely love love love the Pontiac GTO, and Sean thank you again so for all of your and your teams hard work that goes into making each and everyone of this amazing CAR REVIEWS I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU GUYS SO MUCH.
In my personal top 3 (third spot) of all muscle cars and classics out there. Love this thing, plus with a modern touch, modern engine, interior. SO dope man.
very beautiful and very crazy the new life given to these cars through customization. My congratulations to the whole team, I am inspired not to give up on being in front of projects like this. Too bad I never had the opportunity to mess with what I love so much, but I hope to make it happen soon. but for the moment I appreciate you.
Absolutely love this ‘67 GTO. Just does not sound right with an LS. Need the 400…preferably built by Butler. But much love to this guy for building it. Beautiful goat.
Give that men a whole lot of respect. I am doing the same thing with mine but, I never owned my car the way he did........ That alone, means a bunch to me.
Excelente trabajo de restauración y toda una joya automotriz de una época en la que los autos tenían personalidad y carácter, era un arte la industria automotriz. Hermoso auto GTO. Felicidades por ese excelente trabajo.
I'm a Huge GTO fan and Dale's 67 is AWESOME, In EVERY WAY. Ticks All the Boxes for me. I didn't hear him say, is that the stock Pontiac GTO Color Iris Mist??? Looks like it. Gorgeous Goat 🐐 One of my faves you've done Shawn.
I totally agree with you Shawn. this is one of my most favorite years of the GTOs. I'm a huge fan of the color outside not so much inside! Stay Gold brother
Yeah. I was wondering about that. Was sounding like spark knock. I was thinking pull some spark out or add some fuel… but maybe it was the camera rattling?
My favorite GTO body is the 67. So many of the cars on your show are overkill to the point of being impractical. This car is perfect. The interior, the engine and engine bay, the mechanicals, the rims. and body work all flows together in one harmonious whole. I wish you would have taken a little more time on the interior. Your statement about 500+ horsepower to the wheels captures says it all.
Another great video Shawn... I got to see, and hear this car in person a couple of months ago. Dale dropped off some parts from his company, and this was his parts car that day! Super clean build all the way around. Hey Dale! Mike from Mattel.
Who doesn’t love those stacked headlights?! Gorgeous car. I put this one in ATLA’s top 5!
It’s such a badass build and I love the backstory
A trash wrap fanboy..
That sound never gets old!
Omologato!
I had a 66i bought brand new tri power with a 390posi turned 1302 out of the showroom

Thanks for the comment! My dad got me started on cars & bikes as well
Wow what a ride! This GTO has everything going on! And what a great background story. Hope to see this in person one day and meet the owner!👍👍
Yeah, Johnny... you two are going to hit it off. Ha, ha... More Pontiacs!
that's a BAAAD MOTOR SCOOTER.
Clean lines outside. Elephant-titus of the nuts motor. Superb interior. Digital retro guages, tablet infotainment. The rims have an almost 60s Pontiac vibe to them. Love this car.
Same for me here. Love this car and driving it was a joy!

Wow! I love the Camaros but this one is my all time favorite. Super job on that build.
Badass alright Sean and congratulations to Dale the owner for building an awesome GTO !!!!
Thanks and agreed on Dales build and backstory here
I love the 67 GTO with it's stacked headlights, body lines, and the slotted tail lights. But mini tubbed with fat 19s, LSA, and flawless paint? I'm so jealous.
It sure is brother and it looks a million times better than the newer GTOs (aka the rebadged Holden Monaro from Australia mate) by a long shot.
Wheels look modern ...what type of wheels are those
Welcome to the Xander zone. U did well yogi
😂😂
Yep, yep, mmm hmm, I absolutely love the early gto body style and I can’t say a single bad thing about how this one was redone. The supercharger whine puts it over the top 👍
A friend of mine had a gto like this one that I got to ride in a long time ago, had a 400 with a 4 speed. Really fun car.

Over the years, old American cars remain the icon of beauty, speed and strength in the beginning
Beautiful Goat. 67 has always been one of my favorites. A close friend in high school back in 1971 had a Maroon 4 speed 67. It was B.A….. There were lots of B.A cars in the parking lots of high schools back then…

That story is so good and what a beautiful build
WOW My Friend KITH SCHNEIDER Had A 1966 GTO. And He just passed away last Month , Kith I hope You can see this from Heaven ! We had so much fun in that GTO , . What A Great Video !!

A 67 GTO has been in my list to get after the 1938 Buick Roadmaster!
I love the 67’s!
Poor kitty... maybe! (1:18) GTO is beautiful, in high school (70's) there where two GTO's red with black vinyl tops.
Good eye! Don’t know what it was…hopefully a skunk or possum
We no care about stinking numbers. This is the sickest legit badass I've ever seen and major props to Dale for the family relic personified!

Personally, I like the sound and the power is on point!
