Cheap but are they competitive 😁

- Najam Simtec S120 model is one of the cheapest high end pedals on the market and surprised me with absolute performance. I know many out there who are looking for affordable solution and those can be one good choice and great value for the price!

I love how Najam Simtec is evolving an improving his products. 💪
Agreed 🤛
I've been using these for about a month now and I'm happy with them! Assembling them myself was fun but it did take me a while. The electronics are the weakest and fiddliest part of this setup, I ended up taping the little board and it's rather insufficient housing to the bottom of my pedal plate and fixed the cables with cable ties to make sure it never moves. I don't have any experience with other load cell pedals but coming from my old thrustmaster pedals this was a huge upgrade
Your reviews are my go to!
thank you for the great content, it helped me a lot.
Much love brother 🤗
Wow. Seems like every week we are seeing something new in sim racing. Love seeing the advancements. ❤
Yes man, existing times
Just got these yesterday! Very hyped to try them, the look and feel great already, after just building them up.
Brilliant for the price 💪
Good to see some more competition in regards to loadcell pedals that are on the more affordable side, I plumped for the Ali Express SimJack Pro's a 2 pedal set which I picked up for only £152 incl of Vat and delivery (this way I did not have to pay any import duty as the price was below the threshold) I may pick up the clutch at a later date, They are basically the generic HE sprint type of format pedals with a 200kg LC brake and the throttle also LC, 3mm stainless steel throughout and customisable with the purchase of extra springs and elastomers, There is no need to spend £500 + these days on a top of the range pedal set.
I have to agree with you on that 😁
These look really interesting. Thanks for the great video!
Recently I've been wondering about the VRS pedals vs the Heusinkveld ones, due to the progressive spring vs elastometer video that you did.
Great value for small money! I’d definitely safe the extra assembly cost and really make them mine. Great entry level product! 💪
Brutal value bro 😃💪
Yeeaa ive been waiting for this one!
There we go buddy 🤛😁
I think somebody has actually been listening to u when it comes to springs and how they are the way forward. No more elastomers 😂
It is great to see that implementing in the right way man 😃
Many people replaced elastometers with spring in their HE sprints arleady. VRS desinged spring loaded brake with similar concept of mechanics for brake progression and Simgrade desinged spring loaded progressive brake too... Everything way before his video ;)
That wheel 😍
Great video, and yet another great product review. GJ. 👌
Thx buddy ❤️
I had these for a while now :) love them
Zero time to get used to those and be instantly on pace 💪
Brake is absolute 😃
Man those pedals look so good. Just wish it was available in Asia.
Another awesome video, thank you. Are they still value for money if bought ready assembled or is there something comparable or even better? I have looked at the Simagic P1000 and the Raptors but both are approximately £100+ more than the 120 when they are already assembled. Anyway, thanks again. 😎🏁🏁🏁
Hey man, they are awesome but the other pedals are more refined and worth the extra cost!
If you want to take those, definitely take your time and assemble yourself! It is not hard at all !
@@chepilevski out of the P1000 and Raptors, which would be your choice? I like a soft to medium feel but with a short travel. Or do they both offer equal amounts of adjustment? Sorry to ask so many questions mate, I want to get it right first go!
@@stevetadman6272 P1000 in my opinion are the pedals of the year buddy 🤛
Nice driving my friend thanks for making this video 😁
Much love brother 🤗
I don't need pedals but I would love to build a set of these. That's gotta be a bonus right?
Is this pedal board better or the Najiam Simtec 1? I should make the purchase but now that I've seen this I'm undecided. Thanks so much for the reply ifpossible.Thank you.🏁
It is different board but I’m not sure if is better buddy! 32k points for pedal measurement is huge number anyway 😃
Man your sense of speed seems much higher which I like. Is it because of the go pro camera you use or is it in real also like this ? What numbers you use on iRacing monitor settings ? I took your advice and have it on 54 cm with 180 FOV for triples 27”. It’s feels all good and natural but it just lacks that sense of speed like this vid with same car/track combo…
Hey buddy, with the settings you have must be the same like mine!
It can be the GoPro making it look bit more extended!
Looks like the rear linkage setup from a motorcycle. Smart
Now you’ve said that, I indeed 😃
What would be better between these including the clutch and the CSL V2? My priority is lap times.
Hi, Im concidering either buying this set, the Fanatec csl elite v2s or the simjack minis. How do these compare and which one would you reccomend? If you have any other reccomendations I'd be more than happy to know. Thanks!
Hey buddy, I can compare the pedals in your list as I haven’t tested them!
However , I’m very happy with those for the price!
You have to do some further research for the other pedals you mentioned and try to find what will suit your needs 🤛
couple months ago there was nothing of that quality for that price, now there everywhere and its good for us because the prices are doping fast 😁
Nice review from you👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you
That’s true man😃
Awesome times indeed 💪
Hello, Meccano Set 👏👏👏build and learn 🤔
How would you compare them to AW raptors and Simagic p1000? I'm currently using Thrustmaster TLCMs and want to upgrade in the future. Simagic seems like the best option to me with good price and possibilty to upgrade to hydrualic set
I can’t compare those the the other sets as is almost DIY !
The Simagic P1000 are my favorite pedals of the year and the Raptor’s are polished product!
Those are great if you want to save some cash a have high end pedals for low cost buddy 🤛
okay, so this set or the VRS ? Your answer will have a lot of impact since VRS is a lot more expensive
Hey Alex, those are great solutions to get the job done and the brake feels really good but the VRS are on completely different level !
If you want to safe cash those are really good for the price and as I’ve said I was instantly on my pace!
However, the VRS are polished versions and really good pedals for what I have heard from many drivers ( haven’t tested them personally)
So, it will be up to you to decide which way to go !
Do you plan to test the VRS soon since they are very popular ? @@chepilevski
@@Flowracingmotorsport VRS is probably the best from those 3 in terms of performance! I use to have Mige Motor and I know how they perform with good encoder!
Do you think VRS pedals are overkill for a Playseat Trophy? I know you haven't used the pedals but from what you know I'm curious. @@chepilevskiBecause like yourself I'm not trying to make them as hard as I can handle, but if there is still an advantage to having these pedals over the S120's or the CSL V2's on a Playseat Trophy with low kg of force being used, then I will have to get the VRS pedals.
are they any noisy though? I don't think it was mentioned in the video.
They are super quiet!
I have that in the video with the ambient noise and shifter and are almost totally silent!
If you are careful with the FX effects it is totally perfect for home use.
I’m second floor and no one till now have complained 🤛
i can get the fanatec clubsport pedals v3 ultimate bundle for 300. Would this still be better?? And this does not have clutch the fanatec does have it.
In terms of polished version, the V3 are complete package with even base plate on top!
I definitely prefer the brake pedal on the S120 in terms of feeling and performance but again, the V3 is finished package and if you want something nice looking with clutch and base plate the V3 the choice!
If you want perfect brake performance, the S120 is way better!
My man
I'm sorry, but I couldn't catch the brand name of the pedals. Could someone tell me
Najam Simtec S120
I shared links in the description of the video buddy 🤛
which wheel are you using in this video?
That’s the V-PGT buddy 🤛
It's a great set of pedals but really not "polished". Imho it is solid diy project type of pedalset... don't expect high quality mass production parts.
That’s exactly 🤛
@@chepilevski With a bit of effort and rework you can get a super smooth working pedalset. Did you also have problems losing USB-connection sometimes?
@@elmstrong I used them for a week only but never had any disconnection issues buddy!
I use the Simagic Ultimate and on both sides of the pedals have actuators and worked fine!
That sounds more like EMA issue
@@chepilevski Thanks for your reply!
Electromagnetic interference was the first thing that comes to mind and I grounded the rig - no difference. (No DD_Wheelbase and no MotionActuators)
Maybe the micro USB port or connector is faulty, when I wiggle the connection it connects or disconnects instantly.
Have a nice evening...
@@elmstrong that can be a thing too buddy. Maybe the little 3D box for the board doesn’t let good connections! Try to take it out and give it a go!
which game?
IRacing 🤛
too bad they only come with throttle and brake. no clutch, no go for me.
There is options for clutch as well but I’m not sure about the price!
I think is 100€ extra
