It goes without saying that this show, and original cast were irreplaceable, but honestly I think they did a good job with this movie, and that is coming from an 1980s red blooded American boy who lived, breathed, and ate the A-Team. I'm sorry so many purists disagreed.
like you i'm an 80's red blooded a team fan as well. i loved the original series as well, and personally i think they nailed the movie pretty well. this is one of my top 5 movies of all time

This is what I call a movie. Action, adventure, comedy and drama all in one. I haven't seen a movie with all four of those elements blending so well together in a long time!
The one thing I liked about the movie, they were allowed to actually shoot the bad guys. The TV show had to deal with 1980's censorship rules to deal with violence.
Well I wouldn't say"perfect" only the original cast is perfect but the movie did a good job for the most part, I honestly don't see how they didn't cast Vhing Rhames as BA or Jim Carrey as Murdock.
this video was perfect, absolutely perfect, i can tell you're not just trying to get youtube views but you're actually a fan of the original A-team show. everything you got in here synched not only soundly but also visually, i cracked up when i saw B.A. turn his head in the van right when you paused it and threw up the credit xD. outstanding marines, out fucking standing
in 2010, a film adaptation was roasted by critics who obviously never watched the show, this film was quickly sent out to a dvd release. today, still hated by cynics, it survives as an underrated action film, if you want an action film that breaks the laws of physics, if you want it to be incredibly cheesy & if you can find it, maybe you can rent the a-team. work in progress, guys.
Thank you. I really enjoyed this movie, and it's definitely one of the very few movies based on a television series that I thought was actually good. Only other one that comes to mind was Starsky and Hutch and the only reason that one even worked was because they turned it into a straight up comedy/sendup of the original series.
As much as I enjoyed the film, they did their best to bury what made the original series so enjoyable. Your video has helped redress that balance. Well done!
Yeah, this is a great movie. They just blew it with the marketing. They marketed it to teens who wanted a huge action fest. This movie would have broken records if it had been marketed to the original A-Team crowd, and adults who like this sort of thing. I notice a lot of 13-18 year olds just got bored with it. For the record, I am a HUGE fan of the original show, and was very skeptical when I heard they were making a reboot-movie. But they nailed it. It's awesome.
I really wish they'd take this cast and make a new A-Team show. You know, just to show the rest of my generation that there's better crap to watch than Keeping Up With the Kardashians and The Biggest Loser
Ikrani I feel sorry for your generation Ikrani, mass produced mediocrity is all that the studios, record company's, and publishers put out anymore. The MBA masters of these organizations have accounted for every possible marketing contingency, except talent.
As much as I like the movie... This is more like the A Team. I'm re-watching the series. The movie looks out of place. This wouldv'e made it more appropriate. Thanks for the editing. You did a great job ;-)
if u did this yourself u did a good job, the sound effects of the tv intro and the movie scenes are briliantly in sync with one another the lettering style for the actors name is also ver good great job if this had been the trailer for the movie you prob would have got yourself about 500k sned this to the studio for the sequel
@QuietQuill Agreed; and since this is all about the crime that they didn't commit and basically how they got together, they kinda go hand-in-hand. I personally loved it.
George Peppard as Col. John 'Hannibal' Smith. Dirk Benedict as Templeton 'Faceman' Peck. Dwight Schultz as H.M. 'Howling Mad' Murdock. Mr. T. as B.A. Baracus. End of story.
I daresay the critics HAD seen the show and were disgusted by the horrific liberties being taken by the makers of this movie. I allowed the tattoos of "pity" and "fool" on Quinton Jackson's hands, it was almost clever, but the carjacking thing shouldn't have happened. They all already knew each other as THEY HAD SERVED IN THE SAME UNIT DURING THE WAR. They didn't just "happen across each other". The makers looked at an episode list and guessed.
As a teen living in Asia, I think I can assume that the show never aired here (especially by the time I was alive). I didn't even know it was based on.. well.. anything. And so, I can agree that barely anyone my age would've gotten the appeal to this movie. I certainly didn't. But now that I get some sort of context to it, I now suddenly want to watch (or rather, re-watch) the movie. I have a feeling I'd enjoy it a hundred times more this time.
This fan edit should have used the theme music from the season 5. Seems to fit better. Or better still, use the monlogue from the 1st trailer, and the A-Team theme rendition from the closing credits of the film.
Bradley Cooper was exactly who I would have chosen to play Face today.

I read that they can't make a second sequel with the budget, but I really hope they do

As a Die Hard A Team fan, i thought the movie was absolutely superb :)
Jim Carrey would have been the perfect Murdock.
...but for play B.A., only Mr T. Understand: B.A. IS Mr. T.
I was hoping for ving rhymes, Mr t turned the role down
I like the effort in this one, especially matching the sound FX from the original intro to the scenes in the movie.

@ForceMaximus84 The A-Team does stupid things most of the time. So, I don't see why they're complaining about this movie.
