I was just clarifying as someone who lives in Australia that people say '"what a Mole " here regardless of original spelling , it is pronounced Mole here. Also people use it not just to refer to a woman of loose morals but for an irritating woman in general. That is the context and pronunciation I have experienced living in Australia.
