I collect this line as well, and the SH Figuarts prices have exploded... And it's never really justified. They release variant Goku's for $35 but any new sculpt is basically $100.

same with the one piece line. shanks is like 80, rd nami is almost 70, and i cant keep up at those ranges.
Man 85$ for a pretty small figure is crazy but the detail looks cool

i think 85 is fine for figuarts standards.. it comes with effects at the VERY least. but at the same time you can buy a revoltech for that money….. 🤑

you can get revoltech figs for less if you're lucky with japanese retailers. i remember the 2.0 spiderman being around $65 or so on HLJ.
figuarts are definitely overpriced these days.

$85 would be fine for me, given that everything is more expensive in my country. I got my 15th Anniversary edition Vegeta for $107, and they're selling metal cooler for $180.

$85 is a bit on the high side but still in the range I've grown to expect from Bandai, especially P-Bandais. Not sure if it's justified, but I'm still running with it. I'd really like to see a 2.0 Final Form Frieza, though. Way, way overdue.
It sucks, but we gotta pay if we want it. This is why I like 3rd party stuff so much. They just need to make anyone other than Goku lol
Yeah, he's bulky but still tiny. Smaller than that $65 Goku. Just because it is "Premium Bandai" doesn't justify the price. The Final Form Cooler from PBandai 3 years ago was $80, just as bulky, and twice the size of Frieza here. So Bandai's inflation math is crazy. I guess that Cooler would be $160 today since it's twice Frieza's size.

@@NostalgiaUnboxed Yes, King Cold's $150 price is hard to swallow and I didn't want to get him because of that. I don't believe in supporting these pricier figures. Especially when they are re-releasing the Jiren figure again at $75 on PBandai. Jiren may not be as big as Cooler and King Cold, but he's still much larger than Frieza here and cheaper.
its a $100 fig with tax and shipping. I ended up picking him up from an after market seller for only $110 but even at that it's really worth it. It's probably the best made shfiguarts from the DBZ line

figuarts is pricing me out after i just got into them last year. their one piece figures are upcoming at high prices, and the akatsuki members are overpriced af. i canceled that itatchi unfortunately, and i might have to with pein (90$!). dont tell me soft goods cloaks are that expensive, really. idk, but from my point of view the jedi are evil. sorry i meant from my point of view figuarts became more mainstream, and their ego is driving the prices.

Other than this frieza none of them comes with a death ball or death beam same thing with cooler and it sucks because of how greedy sh figuarts is also is that goku a reissue
