Hi i am planning to pursue masters in business analytics from online mode . Currently working as a software developer in an MNC and want to shift my role to business analyst. So should i go ahead with it or not?
I think focus your technical skills on data analytics and business analytics....there will be a lot of work with BAs with strong data analytics and data analysis experience in future....(I think ;))
I studied hard and passed the CBAP 3 years ago. I had prior business analysis activity for 1 year and have since been in financial services. I took the certification to get flexible work opportunities. However, I have not worked a day as a business analyst since then. I don't even know how to find those opportunities. Please advise ma. Thanks
I would recommend you look for a project within the financial services job you are already working in and see whether you could potentially help them out. This will open opportunities on projects and you can transition to become a business analyst within the financial services sector...good luck!
Can i start learning with my smartphone while I save up for a good laptop or i need a good laptop to learn
Can become a business Analyst without certification
Can I land a job as a business analyst without any certification?
You can but it will strongly depend on your previous experience. If you have no BA related experience and no formal certifications it will be hard to convince an employer to employ you..but as if any job not impossible.
@@BAExcellence . I have a diploma in Business Administration and I also have a degree in Accounting. I have a freight forwarding business I've been doing since August 2019 . Would that help ?
Another thing ,
I'm new here and I've listened to your Zero to Business Analyst professional video here which I like a lot . I would like to know if you have posted a video that talks about the basics and I mean the introduction of business analysis
@@UsikayeSunday It can potentially help but the key is that you know what business analysis means so that you can identify your transferrable skills and maximise that in your resume.
