Its arguably the best episode of Seinfeld, but I would only recommend it after seeing at least a season's worth of Seinfeld before watching it. Elaine becoming a loser and Jerry being even-Steven is funny when you've spent over a season with these characters.
Yes, to truly appreciate it, one has to truly understand "Costanza, Lord of the Id-iots"! Like there is no sense watching The Bizarro Jerry if you don't get all the characters idiosyncracies.
Could be a 3 parter. The Watch when Jerry meets Naomi while having dinner with his parents and uncle Leo is before this episode when George gives Kramer the cigars.
I like the fact that you guys are hitting all the “classics” first! There are so many seasons/episodes of Seinfeld that it’s more practical to just start with the classics rather than from the beginning. My personal favorite episode is s5 e21 The Hamptons. So many good quotes from that episode!
Indeed, the older these gets the funnier George gets. He is non-stop high blood pressure from the time he wakes up. Keep 'em coming. They get better and better now.
You guys need to watch S7E10 "The Gum". So many good lines in that episode, and Jerry's blank stare when he's wearing those glasses because he can't see anything. And Kramer eating an old hotdog at the concession stand that had been sitting there forever.
I look forward to the inevitable "Soup Nazi" episode, "The Hamptons" and "The Marine Biologist" and "The Junior Mint". Someone already mentioned "The Opposite", all classic episodes. Oh, and "The Little Kicks", "The Yada Yada" and "The Serenity Now", too.
YES! Good that you watched that first The Pitch/The ticket. Yes - go in order from now. Well done - thanks for doing this - I can watch some episodes 50 times and still find new things/jokes.
It’s great we’re showing Seinfeld to Kacee , she’s gonna learn about The Soup Nazi, George’s Pigeon Rule and the way Kramer tans. Just to name a few episodes in the show.
You should just watch season 4 all the way through. There’s an underlying story of them writing a sitcom and a lot of their best episodes are that season.
the same year he appeared in "carrie" john travolta starred in the tv movie "the boy in the plastic bubble" (1976). i wish you'd watch these episodes in chronological order. you can see how each character developed over time. kramer was intended to appear in just one episode. but he was invited back as a regular and you can see how his quirkiness and HIS HAIR grew through the show's run. thanks for the video.
I won’t lie I watched you guys pretty sparingly but now you’re watching my two favorite shows of all time at the same time. If you start watching Sunny in Philadelphia I’m gonna be living here
The Moops invaded Sicily and changed the whole Bloodline forever. --Clifford Worley And if no-one has mentioned it, Bubble-Boy's Dad is played by Brian Doyle Murray, brother of Bill Murray, and someone you've no doubt seen in other stuff.
2:17 That's Bill Murray's real-life brother, Bryan Doyle-Murray, who has starred in many movies, of course, including co-starring with Bill Murray in 'Caddyshack' (1980) and he was great as Clark Griswold's cheapskate boss in 'National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation' (1989).
Oh maaaan just remembered one of my favorite episodes, The Kenny Rogers Chicken Roaster Sign. I wont spoil it but its a 2 part episode and there is an amazing switcheroo scene lol
When someone wants to win an argument among my friends and someone points something out, the standard answer is "im sorry, the card says moops" been that way for like 30 years
Great stuff. If you’ve watched any of the Curb Your Enthusiasm series on HBO, Larry David was the co-creator of ‘Seinfeld’, and much of George’s character is based upon Larry David, and some of George’s situations are based in part on LD’s quirks and life experiences. If you watch Curb you will more fully appreciate the impact Larry David had on the Seinfeld series. Even some of Jerry’s quirks are heavily influenced by the nature of LD.
The father to "BubbleBoy" is played by Brian Doyle-Murray. He's the brother to Bill Murray. He also played "The Flying Dutchman" in Spongebob, & Jack Ruby in "JFK" in his more notable rolls.
In fact, before this episode & the Jake Gyllenhaal movie there was a sort of true biopic TV-movie from the 70's called The Bubble Boy, starring John Travolta (I think it was one of his first lead roles, but this was before his breakthrough with Grease & Saturday Night Fever)

I’m sorry 😢 it’s the Moops lol 😂
You have to watch the Festivus episode right away. Its called STRIKE and in it Georges father makes up a holiday that competes with christmas
Y’all should watch the soup 🍲 Nazi episode 😅
So Many classic lines from that episode!! 😉
That's probably the first episode I think of when I think of this show.
I literally been saying this every video lol
The Soup Nazi episode is fine, but kind of overrated. Thete are probably 30+ better episodes
They should continue to stick with the early seasons before getting to the wonders of the later ones.
"The Opposite" is one of my all time favorites and a definite must watch
"I'm the opposite of every guy you've ever met in your life."
My favorite as well!
Its arguably the best episode of Seinfeld, but I would only recommend it after seeing at least a season's worth of Seinfeld before watching it. Elaine becoming a loser and Jerry being even-Steven is funny when you've spent over a season with these characters.
Yes. But it's good to see their "normal" roles first.
Yes, to truly appreciate it, one has to truly understand "Costanza, Lord of the Id-iots"!
Like there is no sense watching The Bizarro Jerry if you don't get all the characters idiosyncracies.
Fun fact, the Bubble Boy's father is actually Bill Murray's brother.
Yep Brian Doyle.
There's a definite resemblance.
This episode has a part 2. It's called The Cheever Letters. It's well worth the watch.😂
This comment needs pinned
My letters!
Could be a 3 parter. The Watch when Jerry meets Naomi while having dinner with his parents and uncle Leo is before this episode when George gives Kramer the cigars.
@@AbeVicious I totally forgot about that one. I remember the look on Uncle Leo's face 🤪
@williamcarbajal383 to be honest so did I lmfao
George is hilarious, probably gets so many good parts in the stories because he's basically playing Larry David himself.
And also Jerry wasnt comfortable as an actor so he gave all the a material to Jasons and Julias characters cause they were amazing actors
Whenever they show the funniest moments, the majority of the clips feature George. 😂
"The Heart Attack" is one of my favorite George episodes. I also like the episodes when he was working for the Yankees.
George is a combination of Larry David and Woody Allen if I remember right
I like the fact that you guys are hitting all the “classics” first! There are so many seasons/episodes of Seinfeld that it’s more practical to just start with the classics rather than from the beginning.
My personal favorite episode is s5 e21 The Hamptons. So many good quotes from that episode!
You've gotta see the baby!
Lil teensy nubber
Moops Moops!!!
My favorite episode is 'The Switch" ... season 6.
Moors !!! Moors !!!
Mine too :)
Love watching Kacee watching Seinfeld!
Indeed, the older these gets the funnier George gets. He is non-stop high blood pressure from the time he wakes up. Keep 'em coming. They get better and better now.
This is really a two-parter. The Cheever Letters takes it up a notch! Looking forward to the review, great job!
I'm literally excited for this, Seinfeld only gets better and better with each season :D
You guys need to watch S7E10 "The Gum". So many good lines in that episode, and Jerry's blank stare when he's wearing those glasses because he can't see anything. And Kramer eating an old hotdog at the concession stand that had been sitting there forever.
Go ahead, explain the entire plot....
I am LOVING watching these Seinfeld reactions 🙂 They are right up there with North Playground for me ☺️
I look forward to the inevitable "Soup Nazi" episode, "The Hamptons" and "The Marine Biologist" and "The Junior Mint". Someone already mentioned "The Opposite", all classic episodes. Oh, and "The Little Kicks", "The Yada Yada" and "The Serenity Now", too.
Dont forget Kramerica, The Gymnast, The Birthday Party, and The Calzone Episode! This show was gold!
Great recommendations!
The Bubble boys father is Bill Murray’s brother.
Brian Doyle Murray.
@@3DJapan yes. Love his characters in Ground Hog Day and Christmas Vacation.
There is only one man I've called a coward. Brian Doyle Murray.
Bill Murray's son is a college basketball coach.
There were so many great episodes of Seinfeld. Two of my favorites are "The Dealership" and "The Handicap Spot".
When aired in 92, many viewers would have been acquainted with the John Travolta 1976 tv movie The Boy In The Plastic Bubble.
There was another Bubble Boy in 1992-93 played by Anthony Edwards in the show Northern Exposure.
Yes I remember that
@@3DJapan there was also a bubble boy with Jake Gyllenhaal lol
at this point, kacee should just watch the entire series!
a lot of people mistakenly think it's kramer, but george is actually BY FAR the best character on the show
I am loving these Seinfeld reactions!!
1:03 - The irony that this guy is reacting to an episode about a horrible laugh.
Ugh, like a cackling chimpanzee
Exactly. His CACKLE is obnoxious as hell and fake.
Watching it completely out of order kills a bunch of jokes you would otherwise get
I wonder if Kacee is now interested enough to watch the whole show in chronological order 🤔
You have to watch The Abstinence, and The Marine Biologist.
1:51 that slight pause before "Peach" cracked me up.
The best episode of Seinfeld was The Marine Biologist, also from season 5 a great episode is the Cigar Store Indian, both are absolutely hilarious
We need like 2-3 episode blocks of sitcoms
I’d say wait until the holidays to watch The Strike but I don’t have the patience lmao
Glad you guys are continuing to do this with Seinfeld. So many classic episodes.
One of my favorite things in all of the show is George, while still being strangled, continuing to say “Moops.”
I've seen this episode a thousand times and I've never noticed Kramer bringing pies with him until now LMAOOOOOO 😂😂😂😂😂😂
The Fire or the puffy shirt are also hilarious episodes 😂😂
Omg the Maria Menounos connection was hilarious!! 😅
*PLEASE* watch 'The Serenity Now.' That's my favorite episode of the series, so funny, so outrageous. Please react to that one!
You should just watch season 4 all the way through. There’s an underlying story of them writing a sitcom and a lot of their best episodes are that season.
It's a complete spoof of the entire Seinfeld sitcom, making fun of NBC for letting them do a "show about nothing".
Marine Biologist is a must watch, especially if you are a fan of George. Best ending to any Seinfeld episode ever!
He burnt down the cabin with the Cuban cigars Susan's dad gave to George and offered them to kramer
you have to watch "The Face-Painter" and "The Marine Biologist"
I'm here for your Seinfeld reaction again, I believe this is number 4 or 5 that you've done
Fun fact:
A man once woke from a coma and said it was because of the Seinfeld bass intro on the TV in his hospital room.
😂😂... love the bubble boy!
I can't wait to see you guys react to 'the marine biologist'
There was the boy in the plastic bubble in 1970s with John Travolta worth a watch
I LOOOOOOOVE the fact that you guys react to Seinfeld. But you HAVE to do the first 3 seasons as well
the same year he appeared in "carrie" john travolta starred in the tv movie "the boy in the plastic bubble" (1976). i wish you'd watch these episodes in chronological order. you can see how each character developed over time. kramer was intended to appear in just one episode. but he was invited back as a regular and you can see how his quirkiness and HIS HAIR grew through the show's run. thanks for the video.
Watch the episode when Cramer has the Cubans in his apartment 😂😂 Or the episode when Cramer and Newman pack the mail truck with bottles.
I lived in Austin for 15 years! Anyway, I didn’t know how much you guys would be into Seinfeld but this series of reactions has been great so far!
The Subway is one you have to do.
Yes the Subway. “His Father was a mudder, his mother was a mudder.”
@@conureron3792 Best line!
Ooh, "The Outing" would be a good one! I love Jerry's "Oh no!"
I won’t lie I watched you guys pretty sparingly but now you’re watching my two favorite shows of all time at the same time. If you start watching Sunny in Philadelphia I’m gonna be living here
The Moops invaded Sicily and changed the whole Bloodline forever. --Clifford Worley
And if no-one has mentioned it, Bubble-Boy's Dad is played by Brian Doyle Murray, brother of Bill Murray, and someone you've no doubt seen in other stuff.
The Abstinence is also a classic. And “The Yada Yada”.
The funniest part about The Moops is Susan pulling out the rules and looking through them.
Im loving the Seinfeld reactions!
You gotta watch the Soup Nazi episode it’s by far an all time favorite
I hope you get to the backwards episode, such a classic.
Back in the 70's there was a made for TV movie called "The Boy in the Plastic Bubble", it starred a young John Travolta.
Must watch the next one “The Cheevers letters “. Picks up after this episode.
My favorite episode is when George is TRYING to get fired and can't. I hope it's on your list of episodes to watch.
Theres soooo many good Seinfeld episodes, you guys are gonna have to start rockin 2 per video!!
Technically the original bubble boy was released as a TV movie in the 70s. It starred John Travolta and was called The Boy in the Plastic Bubble.
THE NOTE...where George gets a massage
George and his folks are hilarious 😂
Great episode hahaha
you guys need to watch the marine biologist. best episode ever.
When someone wants to win an argument among my friends and someone points something out, the standard answer is "im sorry, the card says moops" been that way for like 30 years
Episodes The Doll, The Marine Biologist, The Hamptons and anything with Newman. 😂
Many years ago I used themooops as my password. Unforgettable 😂
“What kind of person would hurt the Bubble Boy?”
“Some little bald guy from the city.”
Thank God are you going to show the whole story of Susan😅😅😅😅 can't wait to see it

I love the attitude of the "Bubble Boy". He is soo obnoxious! Then George gets under the skin of "Bubble Boy". What an episode!
She works in TV: "Take your top off!"
“The Gum” episode is probly one of the funniest ever!!
My favorite episode 😂😂😂😂
If this one was her favorite you should watch THE CHEEVER LETTERS
Its the ending so to speak of this one
Classic episode!
I am thoroughly enjoying this ride.
Kenny Roger’s Roasters!!!
"How's life on the red planet?"
The man makes a pretty strong bird! 🍗
Guys just watched this morning as I'm currently on season 4 watch the next ep the cheaper letter it's kind of pt2 to the bubble boy.
watch The Gymnast episode, you won't regret.
as others have commented the cheever letters after this episode one of the funniest
S3 'The Library' , s3' The Pez Despenser', s2 'The Baby Shower', and s2 'The Heart Attack'
Great ep
The one where Kramer babysits the horse is a classic hopefully someone knows the title
DO THE KEITH HERNANDEZ TWO-PARTER.
In the very least, you MUST introduce her to Newman.
George’s Answering Machine or The Bro are two amazingly hilarious Seinfeld episodes
Those aren't the names of episodes.
The Junior Mint should one to react to 😂
The father to "BubbleBoy" is played by Brian Doyle-Murray. He's the brother to Bill Murray.
He also played "The Flying Dutchman" in Spongebob, & Jack Ruby in "JFK" in his more notable rolls.

The old Moors or Moops! 🤣
You definitely need to watch the follow-up episode, The Cheever Letters. Just for the meaning behind the title.
keep the seinfeld reactions comming... 👍
Keep the Seinfeld coming 😂
I'm pretty sure the "Moops" thing inspired something in North Playground. In the episode Christian Rock Hard.
Now you gotta watch the next episode "The Cheever Letters"
Not sure what episode but all I remember is Cramer saying " these are load bearing walls Jerry
