Omg, why is this TA like this? He needs attention so much and can't read the room. Please just mute him omg. He thinks he is the teacher. I can't take all the interruptions. Travis your the best, please talk to him.
It’s like your favorite snack fell on the floor and got dirt on it. You’ll pick it up and eat it begrudgingly bc it’s your favorite, but you just wish it wasn’t there
I love that you yell at us! It’s why I’m currently in your school but watch your videos when time permits! Because I learn this way best. And you’re the best. No doubt. No offense to any of the instructors out there in the world. You have a gift to teach. On another note, I think the reason for the class’ confusion between sole proprietor vs Llc was not just around the “office” factor (maybe I’m speaking for myself cause I’m still in doubt about this one thing): Does an office operating under that sole proprietor require that the sole proprietor is a BIC? This would clarify a lot for me. I clearly understand the difference between the two but that BIC part is a huge ❓😊 Thank you so much for offering all your content to the world. I owe you so much of my understanding that words cant do. 😉
Great information and thank you for sharing. However I would like to offer some advice to Travis, as this was very difficult to watch with Seth talking over you and interrupting on a constant basis. Not sure what his role is in your school, but it would be so much more enjoyable if he just sat back and answered when he was called upon instead of when he wanted attention. The jokes and silliness were not appropriate for a professional class that I believe provides exceptional value. He seems very nice but really lowered the experience for the viewers.
Absolutely. The power to make some limited decisions on behalf of the client is known as general agency...which is the same thing as a limited power of attorney.
Well do i need an agent to represent me to join your class lol im in class now and wish i would of had someone to represent me to tell me to join your class instead
Hi Travis, one item has caused me confusion about a dual agency statement in this class. The Real estate NC book has the following as an example of dual agency: two brokers working for Roomy Manor, but one works at the Markdale branch location and works with the seller, and the other works at the Sunnydate branch location and works with the buyer. This example represents two separate branch offices. However, in this class you indicated that if the agents (for buyer and seller) are in different offices of the same firm, then that wouldn't be dual agency. am I missing something? Thank you.

An office that is supervised by a sole proprietor would need a BIC if there was more than one person in the office
I really appreciate how you explain everything in detail, really helped a lot!
Glad it was helpful!
Lord jesus help me for how i love the way travis teaches but also cannot stand how long they stay on oneeee term. for the love, move on 😭
finally clicked. thank you!
Travis is my go-to when my current class cannot explain things well. Seth made this video impossible for me to watch.

Does a Listing Agreement need to be in writing in regards to the Statue of Frauds?
