I finally developed a way to run my "build queue" that this year pretty much eliminated the crush at Christmas. But I'm a whip maker, so it might not work the same way for other types of leather work...
I bought a Class 26 a little over a year ago. Great machine once you get her bucked out. The tension settings like to did me in. Never had a tension problem when I was hand stitching. We're getting along pretty good now.
Just make a separate channel for the BBQ. There's a huge following for that and with your screen presence I believe you could make a new channel just for that work.
