It looks delicious! However, it may take a long time to bhuna the onions, masala paste, tomato, yogurt sequentially,one-by-one- to get to 7:05. I saw the masalas burning and sticking to the bottom of the pan in the video which ruins the whole taste. To avoid the masalas from burning use a medium to low flame but this too takes a long time - I guess the pahadi folks had a lot of spare time 🙂. To speed things up, grind up the sauted onions, masalas, yogurt and tomato together and bhuna all together on medium flame mixing every few minutes. This takes much less time, retains the taste and avoids burning...you can thank me later 😀I made a very similar dish my way but with mushrooms and the addition of cashew yesterday and it turned out perfect.
I hate this music, I’m having an anxiety attack it’s so repetitive and manic! I’m sure the rest of the video is good but can you choose music that evokes a calming sense of well-being not cracked out stirring, and let’s get er done frantic speed?
