Man Kevin walking into the Lumbridge general store and remarking about the spades made me flashback to the beginning of McTile so hard when Settled walks in and has an existential crisis about them selling spades and knives. But yeah, X Marks the Spot.

One important thing to remember for any new players watching this; framed has years of experience. A new player isnt going to have any idea what the best path to take is.
yes but when i've started my account, i followed one of his noob guide video to make a low level gmauler pker, he does all the quests you need to train fast so i jumped through the low level brackets very fast.
Framed is really bad at solo chambers though :shrug:

Nor can a new player finish a raid
you can always just use the video (and the previous 3 part series) to train an AI to do it

You framed this as "new players can do raids much faster than they think" but most of this is stuff that a new player wouldnt know, it requires a lot of game knowledge that a new player simply cant be expected to know
Out of all the things, I definitely love the Hoenn Region music you chose for the background the most haha. I'm currently playing through Emerald again and this was a great combo! Love all your content Framed!

one major flaw about this series is, you know the mechanics pretty good, other players wouldnt. you should make a series where you coach someone from lvl 3 to endgame

Lumbridge General Store has always sold spades. If you go to the wiki you can check the edits as far back as 2015, where spades are included.

That spade has been available in the lumby general store for at minimum 2 years, i used to utilize it on an UIM
I can say its been avalible for atleast 3 and a half cause its been around for as long as i have played

16:20 I can't say for sure, but the thing that makes the most sense is they added the spade when they added X Marks the Spot, considering it's one of the first things a new player could do and it is like the only f2p quest that requires a spade, so why not put one in the general store right next to the quest npc?

When X Marks The Spot came out they added it I even think they had spade spawning once outside first dig spot but removed it.
Spades are actually pretty cheap in that store I buy them to sell them on new accounts.
I think Settled was also surprised by that spade being available in that store in some random old video
