so, does that means if i put a pool of water with death plant in it and autumn leaves and moss... make sure it stays acidic by all means... deprive it from oxygen (packed under water is deprive of oxygen itself).. make sure the water level is always there sustained in acidity.. then after many years.. it will become peat ??!! that's what you explained..

Well, that depends... Is your pool underground? Does your pool have Fresh and saltwater? Heh
Edit: The pool can't grow plants or any other plants by itself.

Yes, but this process takes thousands of years naturally, which is why peat is considered unrenewable.
