The perilla leaf is called Rau Tia To in Vietnamese . Depending on the region of VN Bo La Lot and Nem Lui are prepared differently and so are the dipping sauces . Bo La Lot is actually originating from the Mekong Delta region and Nem Lui from Central Vietnam . You have to peel the clove of garlic before eating it .

Debbie first went there in 2003 I returned back to Vietnam by myself to see my parents in 2007 at that time Hue’s economy was very weak today 2023 is quite strong the markets have got everything life is better now

Because of her poor English understanding and speaking the train ticket lady mixed up the prices leading to some confusion for foreign tourists . Definitely the Vietnam railway company needs to improve their employees ' English skill to avoid all misunderstandings .
