YESSSS FINALLY! I'm 600 lbs. A police dispatcher working 12 hr shifts sitting in a chair. 10 minutes of this kicked my ass. This is excellent for when nothing is going on in my small town USA PD at 3AM! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU !!!!!
@@nicholemccoyiamthe1 Have you been doing this? Has it worked? Just found it today. I'm ~300 and got through about 15 mins of the video before I was completely beat. lol
Watched this video out 8 months ago in decided to give it a shot. It kicked my butt at first, but I kept doing it for a few weeks before moving onto harder workouts. I'm now down 130lbs, from 460 to 330 and I'm now training to run a 5k. Thank you for posting this and helping me start my weight loss journey. Edit: Today is exactly one year since I started tracking calories and working out. I am now down to 254lbs, over 200lbs lost in just a year! I am seriously grateful to Holly for making this video and helping me kickstart my interest in fitness and getting my weight/health in check. I still have about 70lbs to go before hitting my goal weight, but I know I'll be able to make it there. To anyone reading this who was just like me, DO NOT GIVE UP! It gets easier, but you just gotta do it every day, that's the hard part. But, it does get easier.
I absolutely love that you have these exercises available for people who feel like giving up because the “beginner” exercises are still too difficult to maintain for people in your target audience. I am a 31 year old with severe trauma stored in my body that makes consistent exercise difficult. This is wonderful, keep up the good work!
I have CPTSD and 6 stone to lose. I'm glad to see your comment because I too find it differently to get moving. This video was a perfect pace. Hope you're doing okay.
As an obese woman myself (275lbs) standing yoga poses help build your core, which will help with everything! No need for anything on the floor, until much later. Thank you for doing this.
As someone who’s 450+ this was incredibly accessible! At first I thought it might be too easy but I was sweating by the end and feeling the burn! Videos like this are so appreciated!
I wish I could give this a like everytime I complete this workout. I'm so thankful for this! I've stuck to this workout 2-3 times a week for 2 weeks now! I know that's not a lot, but i already feel better in my knees. And I feel good after having completed it even though I know I'll get sore the day(s) after. Thank you so much! And good luck to anyone trying to improve their health
It's my first time doing your workout. Daily i do toughter exercises, but i decided to try this one so i do 3 days fast and hard exercises and 2 days something lighter. At first your workout seem easy, but when i done it i got tired and sweaty 😃. I love how many different exercises you put together, it's not boring! After two months i lost 22lb and i was 328llb! It is a long and rough journey but believe me its so worth it. It gives so much happiness, and teach you how to love and care about yourself! I wish all of you good luck!❤❤❤
I am so limited by my osteoarthritis in my feet and knees. I lose a significant amount of weight and then my knees and/or feet begin hurting significantly that I can't exercise regularly and there goes the lost pounds creeping up on me again. I have been so frustrated by this cycle. Thank you for this video. It helps me to have exercises that don't bring me to my knees literally. I love being able to sit or stand while working out. You are a God send. Ty.
WoW! Thank you so much, Holly. As an obese woman with genetic knee issues, I really can't do any exercise with high impact. A friend sent your videos my way just a few days ago and I am thrilled! For the first time in my life I can work out at home - no judgement, no fear of being unable to walk afterwards, it's amazing! I have your channel bookmarked and I am so grateful to see workouts led by someone who looks like me and understands what we can and can't manage.
Thank you for doing these videos!! I just started this one today. My doctor actually sent it to me. Very encouraging to have this! I used to walk all the time but now am pretty much sedentary as I started working from home since the start of COVID. I sit all day except to get up for breaks & lunch. I did also start walking for a few minutes every other day (going to alternate with this video).
thank you so much for this! i’m currently 17st 11 and desperately needed to do something to lose weight as it’s starting to affect my mental health. I have Fibromyalgia and am going through tests for other conditions too, and this workout is exactly what i need. It got me sweating and moving my body but not so much that im left in pain. Thank you
I fell in the house the other day and couldn't get up without EMS help. This workout is my start on rebuilding my endurance and strength. Thank you for this!
I will be 58 this years, and I literally feel trapped in my body. I have a dangerous occupation, and have had many broken bones, torn muscles, and herniated discs. Even though I continue to work, I have all but stopped doing any fun activities due to pain. Eating is my only solace. I have tried many work out videos, but I have either injured myself more, or gotten discouraged by watching younger, lighter, healthier people jump around. I know I need exercise for my mental as well as physical help, but I just couldn’t decide where to start. When I saw this video, I thought “Here is a person who understands where I am in life and wants to help.” Thank you. You have a new subscriber. ❤️
Dear Holly, this changed something inside me. I gave up looking for workouts even I can do for years... everytime I tried I ended up sweaty, red and depressed 5 minutes after the start of the video. But today I could really do the exercises that were shown, even a bit faster. This means so much to me! I love swimming and biking... and walking is meh, but ok. But now being able to do sports at home without the excuse of bad weather is great. Its the first time I have a smile on my face after a workout :) Could be crying happy tears right now. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Hi! Ive been using this video as someone who is obese and has chronic illness and ive lost 60lbs using this video as well as better portion control of food. Thank you Holly!
This was so helpful! I am about 100 pounds overweight and over 55- plus have not worked out at all in several years. This is exactly the beginner workout I need! I broke a sweat, but didn’t overdo.
Thanks Holly. I was a weekend warrior. I have a back and pelvic injury. Gained a bunch of weight because of pain and lack of doing much. I am now recovering. Along with a healthy diet and your exercises I have lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks and still counting. As you add weights to your exercises, they can get pretty tough. A big thanks to you. Great job.
I did another one of your workouts two days ago and I have been DEAD since. I tried this one today to get my body moving again and I feel so much better. Thank you so much for making these videos. ❤
I did this after one of your arm toning workouts to finish out an hour. Part of me thought i was taking the easy route but i was humbled. My arms provided a lot of resistance for these workouts; i found myself needing to sit for some of them. Thank you so much, holly! Ill see you in my next workout!
I found this video while looking for workout routines for morbidly obese people and I just completed this for the first time and it really feels amazing. I’ve always felt alone because every workout routine that I’ve seen has been designed for thin people or just overweight people but this suited me perfectly. I put on a lot of weight over the last 5 years since being diagnosed with fibromyalgia which made almost all exercise extremely painful and the weight piled on with no way to get fitter due to incurable pain (meds don’t work) and extreme anxiety. I found your video today and thought I’d give it ago and it really got me aching and sweating but my usual crippling back pain actually wasn’t too bad during these exercises, I’m definitely going to keep this up every day. Thank you so much, I’m hoping this along with a good diet and adding weights in will finally help me on my road to lose the 10+ stone that I need to x
Thank you for the workout! I admit denial of how big I’ve gotten is real. When I saw the first workout was marching, I was thinking, “wow, this is not a workout, good grief”, but I decided to try it anyway, because I haven’t exercised in like 3 or 4 years! 😳 Ask that to say, when you are morbidly obese, this IS an exercise. I wanted to be done half way thru. But I stuck with it, and I’m so pleased to say I exercised today. Thank you, thank you Holly!
I get super lazy when it's hot so I hadnt really exercised for a while. Plus being over 100 pounds overweight with bad knees...its a recipe for being lazy. But I decided yesterday to start back up exercising again and I'm so thankful you made the easy ( yet still kicked my butt) chair or standing routine. I wont lie, I'm so out of shape right now that I had to rest half through. But I did finish. I'm honestly thankful for your workouts.
Thank you for the video, Holly. My mom is recovering after a surgery, and I recommended your video to her, because I want her to get well sooner. I am surprised, but she actually worked out with you and enjoyed it very much. Thank you for helping us out ❤️
Thank you! I have gained so much weight 400+ now. I can barely walk or stand for more than five minutes. I need to change. I’ve been to the doctor. We’ve got a plan. But it’s hard for me to get any steps in and this was perfect for me. I actually got a little warm while doing it. I’m gonna stick with this one and then move to other ones. Thank you again so much!!
Hi Holly. Please more of these workouts I'm a disabled lady who is very morbidly obese and find exercise very difficult. This video really did give me both the drive and motivation as these are exercises I can do while sitting down...thank you..you are a true inspiration Holly.Keep up the good work!!..Love and hugs xxxx
Very happy to read that, Vanessa. I've got another morbidly obese workout coming soon. I'd like exercise to be more inclusive and accessible for all ✨🤗
First time and it was great. I am morbidly obese and have limited mobility but can stand for a bit (so wanted more than just seated), so its good to see seated and standing options. Only problem I had was my dog getting excited and in the way lol. Subscribed
Ooooh thanks ! Finally not a fitgirl/fitboy (that generally never had weight problems) trying to explain me what I'm able to do or not as an obese person. I feel so good during your video and just after. Thank you, thank you, thank you ! ♥
thanks so much for this video. I don't typically follow along with these kinds of videos and try to do my own thing but a lot of stuff has been causing me pain. I went in thinking it was going to be way to easy but it actually gave me a good work out that made me sweat and feel the burn but didn't cause joint pain. I like how you give options to make it easier and harder!
Thank you so much Holly I've tried other people exercises but nothing close to yours you had me really working out I'm disabled and don't walk well but you actually had me sweating thank you so very much
Wow Holly, thank you, thank you, thank you! 👍 I'm a sorta fit but overweight 67 yr old, & I just couldn't do all your other workouts! This one is perfect for me! Am hurting a bit, but this I will do every morning! I've been doing Tai Chi and Qi Gong, which I love, but THIS is just what I needed! I only go out, just to shop, so am unfit! God bless you & your family Holly! Stay safe 💕💕Wendy in London UK
Thankyou for all your help! You're the only person who has had the understanding to demonstrate what both the chair and standing workout looks like together, and that is a massive help! Well done , be blessed and may you and your videos go from strength to strength.
Holly, thank you. As someone who once took ballet and could dance for hours on end, it has been heartbreakingly frustrating to come to terms with the fact that I am now morbidly obese and have over 100 pounds to lose. All the workouts I found left me feeling down and humiliated, even when it's just me, because it was so hard to face myself when I cannot even do the most beginner dance workouts without getting completely out of breath within the first 5 minutes. Yesterday was my birthday and I decided that my gift to myself is going to be a gift of health. I was determined that today I am going to start exercising again, even if all I find is those workouts I can't do. I guess G-d saw that I really wanted this, because for the first time I found your channel. This was incredible. Got my heart rate up, had me a bit out of breath, but I could do the whole thing. Your encouraging words made me feel great about myself. For the first time I'm looking forward to working out again tomorrow.
Thank you so much for this accessible workout routine! I’m not obese, but I do have dyspraxia and other mobility issues caused by my autism, and I can’t do the usual workout routines because all of them involve complex movements which I simply can’t do at all, I have to sit in chairs most of the time because I can’t even stand still for more than 1 minute I’m not fat yet, but if I’m being honest I am getting a bit more pudgy recently and I was worried that if I ended up fat I wouldn’t be able to lose it because I can’t exercise the traditional way. And I know that if I exercise and eat healthy I can do better. So I needed this before it’s too late :) And since I play flight simulator, I can probably do these chair exercises during my cruise and kill two birds with one stone
Im just beginning to work out again. I have alot of lower back and knee pain. I surprised myself and was able to do the whole workout. I appreciated the encouragement throughout the video. This is the kickstart I need. Thank you!! Keep these coming!!
In lots of physical pain, but have been able to start doing these. Made it to the 10 minute marker on the video today, hopefully I'll be able to do the entire thing by the end of the week. Thank you so much for this!
Loved this workout. I was able to modify it easily for my needs. Sometimes I went more intense and other times I went less intense. Glad to have something I can do from home and still break a sweat.
Oh my goodness, I can't say how happy and excited I am to FINALLY find a workout that I can do that will also get my heart pumping and get me started before having to do more hard-core work when I reach a smaller weight. I did this entire workout, I broke a sweat, got my heart pumping, and honestly, towards the end, the stretching felt AMAZING because I NEVER workout or stretch. I'm excited to literally do this every day. I hope there are more videos like this of yours. But even if there aren't, I will do this video every day and just more aggressive as I progress. I can't thanknyou enough Holly. The world really needed this. Thank you thank you thank you. 💙💙💙💙💙🌷🌷🌷
Oh yeah! This is great for those of use who are unmotivated by exercise, because this is so doable. And it's so important as a middle-age person to keep moving our bodies.
Thank you so much for this. As well as improving my strength and fitness you’ve also helped with my confidence. I’ve tried to start exercising for many many years and was feeling so demotivated when I couldn’t do something. I’m a bit breathless but I completed this entire video and I can’t wait to do it again soon. It was also great that I didn’t need any special equipment for this. Makes started up easier. Thank you again. And all the best to others exercising along to this.
I did this workout today. Deep depression since my husband passed years ago. Trying to pull myself out of it. I walked 6.8 miles today and did this right after. I feel good for once. Thank you
Thank you I can't tell you how happy I am to find your videos...the motivation I needed. I actually completed the whole workout....made me so happy I cried..Ty ty
On the verge of 400lbs. Thank you for the video! I haven't exercised that hard in a long time. And I'm not out of breath. Hopefully this will help me finally begun to lose weight!
I have to say that you're care to us and you're sweet, kind energy is really amazing ❤️ You're the first woman that I saw that is really caring and understanding of what difficulities we might have. I will for sure look up your other workout sessions. Thank you and sorry if I made any mistakes in my english, I am actually from Poland so it can be hard sometimes to properly write what I want to say 😅
Amazing workout Holly. Loved it, was challenging but achievable. I suffer from chronic fatigue and I was able to do it and it made me feel better. Thank you so much.
So glad I found your channel. It's got everything that I've been hoping / praying to find. I like that you don't have the music up too loud. Or fluctuate between loud and soft. Good job keeping things realistic. Love it
Thanks for the video! I'm ~250lbs, and joint/back problems make most exercise routines impossible for me. This looks doable, and is something I can start at home until I'm feeling better enough to go back to the gym. Even once i go back to the gym I plan to keep up on this one or two days a week as my low motivation workouts for when I don't have time/energy to go out.
I am sick and my muscles are fading but I trained with two of your videos today and your workouts are awesome... greetings from germany and thank you very very much
I found this video this week and have done it 3 times since! Thank you soo much for sharing! Honestly I find it difficult to exercise because of my size and I always end up sobbing/having a panic attack. The first go around was rough, but today on the 3rd time I managed to do it without crying/hyperventilating!
Thank u so much pretty lady for producing this exercise video for the plus size set because ost of these exercise videos use skinny models so u are defeated before u even start but people like yourself, Richard Simmons and Paul Eugene offer hope to those that aren’t skinny but want to get in shape!
Thank you so much for making these videos! I have not been able to find a video that I could work out to like this and it may be my lifesaver. Thank you, thank you, thank you❤
Thanks 4 posting this!! I have polymyositis and can't stand for long. I break this up in 2 parts. 10-12min in the morning then the rest in the evening. Goal to complete in one setting.
Thank you for the video. I follow people online and I'm like lawd how do I do this exercise. With yours, I can just modify to make it a little more difficult as I get better. Truly, thank you.
Thank you Holly for putting up a workout for the morbidly obese. i am one of these people who are working towards getting that weight off and like you said their really was no work out videos for us. But you and your work outs are a great. Thank you. I have done this one and it was tough and I was able to do it. I have subscribed and look to do your other work outs.
Thank you soooo much fordoing these videos. I started working full time sitting in a chair all day. I gained over the past 10 years about 100 pounds. I Love your workouts. Since you are a heavier person you know how we can bend and how we can’t. (Not at first anyway). I love your enthusiasm and encouragement. This is the first set of videos where I didn’t feel body shame.
I want to thank you so much for this video. I am not obsessed, but I have severe back issues with a lot of hip and leg pain. I could never find a workout I could do. But I could do this seated. ♥🌺
Thank you so much for making this video. I've been struggling for a while to find a workout that I can actually follow along with despite my limited mobility and weight, and I was able to do nearly this entire workout (I just couldn't manage the arms on the last set of squat-thrusts). I am going to try to make this part of my morning routine this week and see if I can keep up with it daily. Thank you again!
Gday! Thanks for doing & keeping this video. I struggle with my knees and at the age of 46, being morbidly obese I need to do something int he privacy of my own home to get me moving with something slightly challenging and enjoyable. I did just that today. I'll be sure to check out some of your other vids too. Thanks again, from Australia!
Thanks for these videos. Quarantine has left me gaining weight and your routines have given me the desire to get back in my workout routines. Thank you so much. Don’t stop!!
Thank you for this one. I tried your total body workout yesterday but couldn't do any of the floor exercises so I am glad I found this one to do today.

Very happy to read that, Vanessa. I've got another morbidly obese workout coming soon. I'd like exercise to be more inclusive and accessible for all ✨🤗
That will be amazing Holly,I look forward to it,Thank you..take care and safe stay..love and hugs xxx
just wanted to say thanks Holly, I have been able to make exercise a daily routine. Keep up the great work.
That's amazing. Well done ✨
First time and it was great. I am morbidly obese and have limited mobility but can stand for a bit (so wanted more than just seated), so its good to see seated and standing options.
Only problem I had was my dog getting excited and in the way lol.

I just discovered your videos and am absolutely speechless! About 300 lbs and these are amazing!
THANK YOU!
Thank you so much Holly I've tried other people exercises but nothing close to yours you had me really working out I'm disabled and don't walk well but you actually had me sweating thank you so very much
Wow Holly, thank you, thank you, thank you! 👍
I'm a sorta fit but overweight 67 yr old, & I just couldn't do all your other workouts!
Thank you very much 🙏☺️ Got another one like this coming out soon.
Thankyou for all your help! You're the only person who has had the understanding to demonstrate what both the chair and standing workout looks like together, and that is a massive help! Well done , be blessed and may you and your videos go from strength to strength.
Glad it was helpful!
@@HollyHonjo Yes very much thankyou
Thank you so much. I'm heavily obese and I tried doing pilatus but just couldn't cope. This is really wonderful to do this exerccises with you
Holly, thank you.
I’m not obese, but I do have dyspraxia and other mobility issues caused by my autism, and I can’t do the usual workout routines because all of them involve complex movements which I simply can’t do at all, I have to sit in chairs most of the time because I can’t even stand still for more than 1 minute
I’m not fat yet, but if I’m being honest I am getting a bit more pudgy recently and I was worried that if I ended up fat I wouldn’t be able to lose it because I can’t exercise the traditional way. And I know that if I exercise and eat healthy I can do better. So I needed this before it’s too late :)
And since I play flight simulator, I can probably do these chair exercises during my cruise and kill two birds with one stone
Im just beginning to work out again. I have alot of lower back and knee pain. I surprised myself and was able to do the whole workout. I appreciated the encouragement throughout the video. This is the kickstart I need. Thank you!! Keep these coming!!
May God bless you abundantly sister. You rock! Thank you, thank you. 💗
Thank you 🌺🌵
I have finally found a way to excercise that doesn't include planks or floor exercises. Hooray. Thank you so much
In lots of physical pain, but have been able to start doing these. Made it to the 10 minute marker on the video today, hopefully I'll be able to do the entire thing by the end of the week. Thank you so much for this!
Loved this workout. I was able to modify it easily for my needs. Sometimes I went more intense and other times I went less intense. Glad to have something I can do from home and still break a sweat.
this is EXATLY what i was looking for. I have an injured ankle and have a hard time working out. THis is perfect! Thank you!!!
I am 61 years old at 265 lbs. I do this routine along with 5 other short routines six times per week. I feel much better. Thank you for sharing.
Oh yeah! This is great for those of use who are unmotivated by exercise, because this is so doable. And it's so important as a middle-age person to keep moving our bodies.
Absolutely. Thank you very much 🤗🧡
Thank you so much for this.
Thank you
So sorry to hear about your husband. What a devastating loss for you. Congrats on the walk today. That's excellent.
I don't know if you will see this but I'm glad I found this. This is something most anyone can do a great start. Thank you
I try to read all the comments, but don't always get a chance to reply :)
Great! Hips need replacing but I did the whole routine. Thanks you!
Thank you I can't tell you how happy I am to find your videos...the motivation I needed. I actually completed the whole workout....made me so happy I cried..Ty ty
Im 1 month post gastric sleeve and this is perfect for me. Thank you so so much.
Did this as part of day 3 activity for the 67 day challenge. Love these videos.
Love it
I'm so glad! Thank you!🌼🤗
Thanks for the video!
I am sick and my muscles are fading but I trained with two of your videos today and your workouts are awesome... greetings from germany and thank you very very much
Thank you. Injuries has kept me from being able to work out. Please keep the videos coming.
Winner winner chicken dinner!! Loved the work out. Please post more. Thank you!!
Thank you so very much. I like that you go at a slow pace so I can keep up.
So grateful to have found your videos! Thank you so much!
*I accidentally found this channel and I'm so happy did. Thank you, Thank you! I'm going to stick to this and get healthy.*
Perfect. I'm all shiny with sweat now, so glad for this!
Just started yesterday just for fun and I think maybe I can. ❤
I just wanted to thank you. This workout is a God send. I'm obese with OA in my knees. I've lost 20 lbs so far on this long journey. Again thank you!
Fantastic!
Thank you I absolutely love this video. With knee and issues this is so great to get me moving. Again thanks so much would love to see more ❤
Finally someone demonstrating exercises who is "fluffy" like me vs someone who has 0 body fat. I've got knee problems can't wait to try this
I want to thank you so much for this video. I am not obsessed, but I have severe back issues with a lot of hip and leg pain. I could never find a workout I could do. But I could do this seated. ♥🌺
This was such a great video for a quick morning workout. This really woke me up and prepared me for the day. Thank you!
I'm 35 yrs old, 5'4", and 260lbs. BMI 44. And here I am lol. Thank youuu! Ouch. Talk about a wake up call.
Thank you so much! Loved the excercises! Loved the variety def hope you have others!!!!!
Thanks!
Appreciate finding this so much, this is exactly what I need!
Thank you ✨ 🧡
Thank you for this one. I tried your total body workout yesterday but couldn't do any of the floor exercises so I am glad I found this one to do today.
If you like chair workouts - try this one too ua-cam.com/video/TZ-P66ie9y0/v-deo.html
@@HollyHonjo will do that one tomorrow. Thank you.
LOVE this video! Thank you so much for creating this routine. I will definitely be giving it a try.
I'm so happy to see this workout video! Thank you!!!
